About rune of charge you are very wrong
This race have alot units with 4-5 movment. Most units on other races have 5-7. Now add 2 arts from necro set= -1 movment or Ring of Caution. This will decrese movment to 3-4 on fortres units. They have most low averge ini from all races. For this they need realy much rune of charge to can hit on 1st turn.
Do 10-15 games with Fortres and you will see how low chances they have if not rune of charge.
Ban resurrection rune instead, see how much they whine about that

Also dungeon is stronger in this map than most other Toh maps.
I'm not talking solely about dungeon but magic races in general. Remeber - heroes of MIGHT and MAGIC For instance, now you just put arcanes (or master hunters with TOH MOD) in corner and roll on.. Anyway, object "well" is an essential part for "magic" element to work hehe I'm just suggesting here. My overall opinion of the map can be read above

map dont even have external lev3 dwell..not even wood mine.. not so good for sylvan.. still is fair..

Very nice map, but played two times, and in both cases have problems with refuse to join of imprisoned army Maybe no need imprisoned army at all on this map ?

1. this "error" regarding the joining army could occur because of the script steps, who executes a series of command one at the time....
Solution: first flag garrison, then attack the joiners , DONT run from outside the gate (still neutral)through it, reaching the creatures stack in one single move!.
will work 100%.
2. one more thing related to joiners, cause has been asked few times. It's not a random thing, its a scanning script for your heroes script name (which differs from their ingame name). IF u recruit a third hero first day, other than your alignment, and his script name is first in alphabetical order, you might get joiners of his alignment, not yours, and its a waste.
Advice: until u take the joiners , dont recruit a third hero from town in order to avoid the risk of losing the joining army.

also buying a 3rd hero is 100% badmove for day1, is a big waste of dollar, you ll have 3 heroes by day2 anyway from garison 'prison'

Just dled it, works fine for me.

There is something that concerns me a bit. Atm you are forced to build mage guild 5 if you want to teleport back to town and considering that the typical time to break is week 3(assuming all goes well) by the time you gather the middle it's late week 4 already.
Now academy is slow by default so will not break as early as others, chances are that if they break they won't have mini arties which is really bad for week 4. Or you let the opponent get it all while you upgrade, build mage guilds and mini arties
Haven by week 5 can gain a massive army of paladins that is hard to kill and slow factions cannot get to them fast enough. Coupled with Vittorio's amazing creeping skills it's downright scary, he just rules.
Some things I'd like to see:
Maybe a witch hut that gives logistics to even out the difference.
A teleporter back to town so you can upgrade your army and utilize your racial. One possible spot is just before the garrison so that the opponent cannot reach you right away if he breaks too soon.
Maybe one more mage vault so that spellcasting factions don't get the short end if they are unlucky?

Giving logistics to all races twists the whole balance thing. There is a reason why powerful faction like academy with high % skills in magic gets only 2% for logs while might factions try to compensate by moving faster with high logs value. Remeber that all skill probabilities are relative and strongly bound to each faction's phylosphy. I suggest you leave it be as intended... Besides, the map is very good as it is.
Controlled garrisons are fun Also, judging from Fiur's maps it won't break sim turns.
