BB code stands for Bold/italic/ect. The little gray box above the smiles? That is BB code. Actually I like the idea, in fact mine is somewhat similar, though different. Looks good. Keep up the good work.

My review of this faction:
Cohesiveness: 9/10 almost perfect, some choices are questionable (Satyr) and one could ask why we get animals turning slightly humanoid and not the opposite.
Imagination: 12/15 an idea with enormous potential, the werebeasts venerating nature as a shapeshifting deity embodied by the forest (you're strongly suspected of being a fellow MagicTheGathering player, given how often green and everchanging are associated), and the elements of transformation, vegetation and cold - all of this could combine into a faction of incredible, almost poetic beauty -Final Fantasy X's Macalania Woods strike me as being just one example of how these elements can blend wonderfully together. But you dismiss the overall flavor of the faction way too early and leave a very good idea with very poor developement.
Back story: 6/10 not much, only what is needed to identify the faction. Nothing that deserves a below average mark, but nothing deserving an above average mark either.
Battle facets: 8/10 the most controversial aspect; this is one of the factions that actually works hard to have a unique feel in battle, and the shapeshifting feature has a tactical aspect -the units need to shapeshift to fight at their true power, but are more vulnerable in the process of shapeshifting (by the way, neutering this drawback as the skill is mastered is not a good idea); all of this also ties wonderfully with the theme. The only problem is how easily it could fall in the trap of being overpowered.
Discretionary: 5/5 I like the chosen race and its developement evokes in me a lot of creativity. So you get a perfect discretionary mark just out of personal preference.
Overall: 40/50

Cohesiveness: 10/10
Imagination: 15/15
Back story: 6/10
Battle facets: 9/10
Discretionary: 4/5 Very nice faction, since it is similar to my own I may be biased however. It is different enough to be unique, however. . Very good job.
Overall: 44/50

Cohesiveness: 9/10 (to gain cohesiveness is hard when you actually double your amount of creatures, but you did a good job)
Imagination: 11/15 (some creative and new ideas, others just seem naturally)
Back story: 4/10 (Not much, but at least better than me because you have a timeline and not just putting the most important events together, nevertheless I don't see much creativity in "great shape-shifter came and created his race", more background on that please)
Battle facets: 9/10 (some abilities need rethinking - I can't see the difference between strike and return and shooters charge, but maybe that is just an understanding or description problem, with a spellpower of 0 a hero can't cast any spell at the beginning, nevertheless the shape shifting ability adds an enormous variety to the army)
Discretionary: 4/5 (for your ideas, your approach to not just make a faction of lycantrophs and some creative shapeshifts... and I like (were)wolves )
37/50

The Shape Shifters
Cohesiveness(4+3)=7 Though they are Lycanthropes it lacks an explanation why these wild creatures should form a faction
Imagination(4+3+3)=10 Too many "usual" wild creatures - missing innovative ideas (apart from shape shifting), but you get 4 creativity points for the bunch of shapes
Back Story(1+1)=2 Lacks modern ages, thus it doesn't expand and the short timline is not that interesting to me
Battle Facets(4+3)=7 The shape shifting ability is inventive, but are not alot of other interesting changes
Discretionary: +1 for stats; -1 for no emblem (the picture at the start doesn't count as an "emblem"; your wolven emblem isn't pictural what is one kookastar's terms)
Total Score=26
How I graded these:
Cohesiveness (Internal Coherence [1-5]+HoMM Compatibility [1-5])
Imagination (Creativity [1-5]+Innovations [1-5]+Originality[1-5])
Back Story (How well it expands on one of the HoMM universes [1-5]+How interesting it was to me [1-5])
Battle Facets (Variety [1-5]+Inventive Aspects [1-5])
Discretionary (Bonus for exceptional efforts[1-5])

The Shapeshifters:
FriendofGunnar
cohesiveness 6/10 "No one knows where are Wolven Shepherds from" that's not helpful.
Nothing really binds this together except shapeshifting, which seems insufficient.
originality 11/15
backstory 6/10 doesn't really explain how they came together or function as a group.
battle facets 6/10 a lot of these creatures abilities seem pretty random
discretionary 4/5
