Seems to me that some of us still find the Hmm4 vampire attractive, while the vast majority dislikes him.
This is your chance to help the vampire out of it's stupid suit.

Sorry, Vlad, but I was just checking out the vamp pic, and I must say I think it is one of the better ones.¨
Maybe it's because I don't have a very personal relationship with vamps, but at least he doesn't look all out of proportion and/or butt ugly, like some of the others do (like the unicorn, the nightmare, the dragon golem).

I'm really dissapointed, guys,...I will not argue with those who like the vampire, it's all about taste and how you see it, even if in my opinion they see it monstruously wrong...
But you guys who don't care...you really don't care what you are playing? What's the world becoming?
For Preserver: yes, if you are fond of a creature, you will defend it in every post no matter what...that is called devotement!
For RMS: I didn't know that in this game there are IMPORTANT creatures and LESS IMPORTANT creatures....Perhaps you want to reflect on that...

I care what I'm playing with. It makes no diffence how ugly the undead creatures my elves are going to take out are. Being it the venom spawn or the vampire. I think it's silly that you make this thread and don't wanna argue with the people thinking that the vamp looks good. And instead you start being offensive against the ones who's staying neutral in the discussion.

Nope, for me it's enough to say my opinion in the appropriate threads (no offense to your way of doing it), and I already did that many times. And as time is passing, I'm getting more and more used to the 'unacceptable' HoMM4 things. I said what I wanted to say, no reason to do that more than 50 times...

It does...they're all in hte same game and all of them add to the whole picture...

I will argue with anybody about that but not right now, and you've probably seen my other thread where I wrote pages and pages about that...being neutral is a destructive way of being...and I'm not yet offensive...

Saying it one time makes you and you alone feel better, reafirming it makes more people read it and maybe with power of decision will read it...you may get tired of reading it, but I won't tire writing it...
Too bad you're getting used to bad things...that's how they stop progressing.

Vampires suck!!!
...yes I know they are supposed to suck, but not this way... I hate repeating myself but the HoMM4 vamps look like rejects from a remake of a Christopher Lee Dracula movie... the vamp lords in HoMM3 however, were a totally different approach... personally, I would prefer something in between...fearsome vamps with class...
...as for the "I don't care" guys and gals, sorry kids, but I have to go with Vlad on this one... I for one, want the vamps my Elves are kiling to look good... I mean, with their current looks, I will have to kill them as a favour... just to put them out of their misery... and yes I do care more about the looks of Preserve creatures... that doesn't mean I'm going to close my eyes when I see something I don't like... HoMM is not about one town, one creature or one hero... all towns must look good, all creatures too... there is no such thing as an "important" creature... the Halflings are as important to the game as Blackies...

I don't care a whole lot about any of the artwork; I'd buy the game if most of the art was bad as long as the gameplay is good. There are limits to that, of course (I want to at least be able to recognize what creature I'm either about to kill, be killed by, or recruit to help me kill  ), but the vampire definitely isn't so bad that it will bother me at all. Personally, I kinda like the Heroes 2 look (they were one of the funniest creatures in the game ... "BLAH!").

Ahhh, don't do that to me, please....I needed the results of the poll to show that vampires are undesirable, not just to please me...but I'm really dissapointed these days...
As about anger, it doesn't help, some day they'll probably ban me out for a burst of anger...
