Ideea for mods
Since we all want to get quality points, the mods might make a list of sugestions with ideeas and projects, that they consider necessary for the comunity. And if someone will made a good project based on one of that ideeas, he would get a qp. Something like a homework list that would be rewarded with qp.

There are no pre-determined things that will earn you a QP, and we can't write such a list. Sometimes QP are rewarded for a community related effort, but if we are aware of something that should be done, we'll be likely to do it ourselves - that's what we're here for.

I can even say that predictable and obvious things get QP's quite rarely. Creative and surprising ideas, that nobody has thought about before, have a larger chance to get QP's. What I'm trying to say is that it's better to come up with original things than executing the obvious ones, especially here. Make things that you enjoy, don't make things only for the QP's - they are only a bonus.

Agreed with Alci, I wouldn't go for that either.
Be original and creative - and stick with what you start. Those are the best tips I can give when it comes to getting a QP from me.

there comes the depressing *sigh* again!
and about the suggestion, i agree with all the mods that posted here(so gimmy a QP for that! ). and i have tried a couple of times to get a QP by making a long post with all the detailed stuff, just like the ones that get a QP, but didn't get even one QP because they were all expected and stuff. so i think that mods should just give QPs when they think it is nessesary. thats my point

No, they don't give QP's when they think it is necessary. They give them out when they see a post that stands out, that is quality, hence the name QP or Quality Point. After all these years, you think the mods just give out QP's because they think it might be necessary? No, they give them out because they saw posts which were quality, which made a difference to HC or that were entertaining, insightful, funny, interesting, thought-provoking etc.

Well thread necromancy for 'spam' is not the best choice, but I don't see why a penalty would need to be applied.
