Dark elfs arenot drow in mm lore,they are supirior merchants.
as for mintours:
in nighon i asuime that they ware inslaved by warlocks,as well as evil eyes ware. however in mm8 they are free,and established they own town,called Balthazer lair,they also less agrassive towords the other races (ie they are not guards for warlocks but independet race) and they also invloved themselfs with the Merchants guild,which is the supirior Goverment faction that rules Jadem.
Dark Dwarfs are alo not Drugers. They are evil,or nutural evil,and has a darker skin,but unlike normal dwarfs they prefer crossbow over the axe,shadows over light,shoot to the eye then face to face fights. They are unaligned with anyone except some earth elementals its posible theyconjured. they love treasures and love to volture on stuff.

They aren't really. It's just the kingdoms they dwell in. Jadame's Minotaurs are independent and can do as they like, while Nighonese ones are caught up in the Overlords' power struggles. Both "herds" are similar.
Btw, the Minotaurs were created by Agar (the Warlock from Heroes II).
