1) tie between Centaur and Rogue
2) Ranger
3) Ghost
4) Greater Druid
5) Tie between Genie and Archmage
6) Black Dragon

the genie is level 6.
I don't know the level of the ghost, but probably higher than 3.

mmmm, the Genie is a 5.5 lvl
and the Ghost is a lvl3 Statistically.
Still tow very nice (and annoying) h2 Crs

1. there is no tie between centaur and rogue; skeleton is best
2. battle dwarf, gargoyle is also close
3. ghost if u count neutrals (IMBA), otherwise steel golem
4. vampire lord, but ogre lord is very close
5. power lich (IMO better then archmage); can't put genie here it's not tier5 - it's way to powerfull and got best ability in game (IMBA)
6. titan

statiscally, the ghost is close to a swordman. and seeing its ability I would say it's level 5, at least.
and my favorites :
skeleton
gargoyle
elf
vampire (minotaur rules too)
archmage (it seems champions were very good too (fortunately for the knight))
phoenix
