Problems with FireDragon-008
I dont planed to post in publik place about this story....but FireDragon-008 just pissed me again in msn...so will post and lets all know how he play.
I have 3 games with FireDragon-008. First game he choice Sylvan i choice Wizard and we start. No other rules. After breack in midle he use bug for what i didunt know on HG. He avoid guard (trong lvl7)for utopia in midle and get it. I tell him: "its BUG and not right for use" ...but he reply "its my map and my bug". We continue game nevertheless bug abuse. So far its make me mad...but main because have bug and i didunt know for it.
Second game we start all random. No other rules again. He get orc i get sylvan. He loss game and tell "loss becaise orc dont have chances on HG" ...so i offer him new game i will be orc he will be sylvan. We didunt set any rules again. On week 4 day 2 i have lvl 28 hero and much army. Stats 30/30 attack/defence. So i decide do not attack guard when will not get lvl and skip him with key. We dont have rule for use or not key. For get key you need to kill x3 lots lvl 7 gards and to get another 2 keys from isalnd but befor it need to kill trong lvl 7 guard too. So its not easy to get and if you have key noting bad to use.
Dont know why but FireDragon-008 tell i cant use key and its not fair so he will left game. I offer him to load and kill guard...but he just left. Its screen from his left game: http://rapidshare.com/files/107395942/FiredragonLeft.jpg
I try to talk with him in msn and offer again load same turn and kill guard befor go in midle. He just refuse to talk. I know his english is very basick so ask Kispagat(he is from same country like Fire) for help to transalte him. No result. I talk to his clam Leader Infinitus for explain him "we can load same turn and i will kill guard". Not result too. I know ppl can be very mad from hard game so give him time to rest and 48h later contact him again. Its log from convo.

EDIT : To be honest, i didnt fight those guards near utopia all the time...but dont think its a big problem...
About the key, i never used it...may be once first time when I played and gmmari told me not to...

Diference is just his double standarts.
When he get advantage from map bug its look fair for him...but when i skip guard and its not give me any reward/advantage...for him its unfair. We dont have any rules so when he get utopia i just continue play. When i skip guard he decide its "unfair" and left game. No talk, refuse load same turn and kill guard, refuse to report his game.
Result from all his actions is loss 2 days for play, few days for try to clear all with him, i dont get my clan victory and now he talk me "snows" in msn.
Are its honorable?

Just write Ves an email, Im sure he will solve this situation very fast.

I will contact him, and if he accept i can by his defender ... But if Kispagat is from the same country with Firedragon, maybe he can help resolve this conflict ... Maybe is not too late for peaceful solution ...

Ves is alredy e-mailed and situation is solved.
I did this post only becasue he start blame me in msn. When you play with some one you expect to have chalenge fun and reward from won. All what i get from my game is lossed time, nervus and blaming in msn.
I can understand when ppl over reaction after hard game. Best is do not argue with ppl after hard games and talk later. But when some one leave his game for no reason, refuse to continue, not report it and for final continue blame you 10 days after game is stoped...its so much to can understand.
What will happend if every one start leave his games when see he will lost and refuse to report?

I've noticed with newer ToH players who have solid win records, they do get a bit anal about reporting their losses or having something not go their way... Firedragon is an example of this. I did cc him regarding this situation, but never heard back from him.

Judged from the story, there may also be a strong language barrier here. I happen to be Hungarian as his name seems to be - if you need a translator, let me know.
I refrain from commenting on the story at this point, but I would be happy to make sure everyone understands what the other is saying.

im getting very irritated as well
WEll,
I am getting irritated as well, this has nothing to do with language barrier.
I play him.....disconnects, never hear from him for a long time. Am i supposed to sit and wait hours.....the game not even saved....so, what happens, a few days go by, then autosave gets deleted.
I demand that something be done about this players honor. Othwerwise, remove him from the Caesar tourney and let another HONORABLE player play. Afterall, isnt this Tournament of Honor?
Now i have been waiting about 25 minutes, nothing, he simply vanishes from the site, from MSN.
I will report a win. This is absolutelty ridiculous. Next thing I will hear is: euh...the save got erased. TOO bad. loss.
There is a pattern here, not just me, but a handful of TOH players having problems with this player.
I will report a win for that Hourglass game in which I am way ahead.
I am fed up of these types of players. ITs not an isolated case, its always like that.

Apparently there have been some incidents so I'll post my experience.
Once I was ahead in a game and he disconnected, then his msn went out. I sent messages for several days, nothing. Eventually he replied that it was a virus because of which he lost the saves and we only managed to try one month later because either I could not find him or he was busy.. The few times he asked me I was ingame. My autosave did not work, poof.
Another he asked for a clan game and took Havez. After he won he still asked for a clan report.
Now add what ves said and some things I hear around and you get the picture. The above proves nothing but I get a bad feeling.

Just to cloud the picture a bit - i refused Fire Dragons first 100 questions for a game much due to this thread, the first case. When we finally got there, and i accepted the challenge, and played a couple of games before the finals started, we had a good time, and he was fair and square.
In the finals he was offering me reload etc. and apologised when i pointed out that he had moved differently after a dc. We had fun and intense games.
Your experiences doesnt sound good though, but at least I have nothing to accuse the dragon for.
It seems like that someone should take an hungarian-english course, and that fire should ease the competitiveness a bit. As many of us should at times If something bad happens on your end so game cant be continued, offer to report a loss (rather obvious if you ask me). Its not worse than that, you`ll gain honour, get more games in future, and lose a few unnecessary points.

I was playing Fiur last time on his new map Art of War, and I suicided on the guards. I didnt even say anything, i simply disconnected, and went for a 5 minute walk.
When i came back, i apologized for being in a bad mood though; I gave him some news.
Sill no news from firedragon at this time. 2 hours later.
Yes, some players must learn honor here, this league is all bout that.
I do tend to come out strong at times, but daym, I invest so much time in this league playing games, that I hate to see a good game go to waste. Of my 300 games, i would say so many were suicide losses; so why should I let a good game while I am in the lead go. I think it is worth fighting for.
Please firedragon, next time, you must explain as soon as you can why you not come back. It cannot possible be ISP problem 2 hours later.
