Ok, let's see here:
Blizz: I do appreciate the Sherlock Holmes look, but the squiddish arm reaching for the monkey's butt is a bit disconcerting, yes?
MVass: Another one who pictures me in a coat and tie. Interesting. My line of work rarely demands it. Still, I guess that means you people think I'm rather sophisticated.  Naturally I do tend to travel by jet pack, but my hand is not shaped like an amoeba as your picture would indicate. 
Alkar: Destroyer of Mush, you say? Yes, I've been known to destroy some mush on occasion. No, I cannot stand mush, not one bit. And this is indeed how I usually dress myself up to destroy some of that mush. It takes quite a bit of weaponry to destroy mush, as you seem to have guessed. But really, I'm offended a bit by the smallness of the muscles you seem to think I have. Really, how am I supposed to do battle with mush when I'm so puny looking?
OFFS: Now this is rather interesting I say. Aside from the atrociously clashing tie and shirt combination, this is truly the type of outfit I wear on a day to day basis. I absolutely cannot stand wearing my underwear on the inside.
Ihor: What is up with the hair, man? Though, you do have my preferred color of potions down much better than mvass did, and I totally dig the evil wizard's robe. If I could find a place to buy one like that to wear to work, I surely would!
Geny: I'm not really sure what to say. Blizz gives me a squid arm and you make me into an entire squid. Is there something I do not know?? But I do love the shirt.

Some fine entries here, but I have to give the prize to OFFS, who incorporated so many elements of my biography into my portrait. Now excuse me, the Princess of Lesotho and I have to go have some...er...coffee.

Our next target, well, there are many people in this thread who've contributed a lot, but haven't got the chance to be target themselves. Since he doesn't seem to participate much anymore, I pick Shares.
Edit: He's the only thing to hold the beast within thamed, he's like a Zordon to me.

Close one Geny! I was just doing the judging and posted it (I hope no one saw it)! I'll push it another ten, or something.
So! Here we go!
Ohforfsake:
My first impression is that it's just random stuff, which I guess the first impression of me is. I guess the dragon shows my nerdy side and the atom my geeky side. The lightning is magic (Magic: the Gathering, or just fantasy reference?). The snake? The zorgon (even though I didn't really watch that much MMPR)!
BlizzardBoy:
Seems to depict me as a cold, yet caring and warm hearted being. An either perceptive picture, or stupid. Being naive today, I'll say
perceptive! The medical equipment shows my nature of wanting to help
people! And Bunny slippers? Maybe just to add to my "randomness".
The harp? Just me being a musical type, eh? Or is it to show that I
like animals? The butterfly wings might show that I move in
irregular patterns, yet always in a "flow" and in a direction. The
forest and leaves? That I'm from the country?

Could be. I'm not very vikingy though (I'm very thin, and quite
beardless, I lack the axe and the muscles as well. I'm even dislikes
boats.) Is it that I'm blunt and aggressive in discussions? The
wings and the tail might shows that I'm a satanist, even though I
don't recall mentioning that. Like the brown colour of the armour as
well!

Ugh! That's some sharp colours! Is it to show that I can be
annoying? And is that a space ship of some sort in the background?
And a rasta robot. Well, this as well shows that I'm keen on tech,
and I like the mixture of swords, staves and robots. Yet again the
2018 thing, seems to have become my mark of recognizition. Apart
from all those colours it is pretty awesome.
Geny:
Those purple/pink, blue and red work wonders! A lightsaber to show
my tech savy (I'm not even that savy actually). Blade wings to show
I'm awsome (every one is awsome!). All the glowing stuff might be
magic as well, to show my interest in fantasy. The face I guess is
just trying to replicate my avatar. And is that the same spaceship?
Well, this does kinda look like "me".
I'd say it's a close one for Blizzardboy and Ohforfsake... Ummm? I think I'll have to go with:
