Here's mine
Allow me to explain...
Of course I wanted to dress Bush in the American colours (red & blue); which I did. He's a notorious patriot and dog-lover, his dog Barney is almost as famous as his boss (although the dog is considered to be more aimable and less naïve than it's owner) . The odd shoes ? They were the closest model of these: 
Bush was spotted wearing these, so I just had to copy them as closely as possible.  .
The Flag and the Weaponry are obvous: America is fighting a bitter war in Iraq, while Mr. Presi lounges and smokes Cubans (the sigars, not the people )

It has gotten less active with the time, maybe since the first competitors of the last three rounds made really perfect entries, so others didn't bother to try... Make the next round about a more "general" member, that can be seen in many ways, and you'll get an active round.
