No, mostly encrypted in .dat file. Hex-editor will be useless.
I know it is hard to use the hex editor.
So that only the HotA team can do it, I hope they will be quickly.
As a matter of fact,I have failed many times.

I think he copy-pasted the Russian text which for some reason doesn't show up properly (I'm probably mistaken though) but maybe not

I think he copy-pasted the contents of the google translation.
There are lots of Chinese characters in his reply.

I have known the texts are not in HotA.dll and h3hota.exe.
But how to find the texts?I really don't know.
It is difficult to expand the number of players.

Texts are in hota.dat. The file is encrypted, so it is not possible to simply translate it. The only way is to reverse-engineer hota.dll and find the decryption routine.
And I'd like to repeat my question about this map editor. Is it going to be included with final release of HotA?

It's strange decision, yes. Strange, but temporary, I think.

You can create a HotA Editor
Use the MMArchive to put defs and msks into h3sprite.lod.
Then put objects.txt into h3bitmap.lod.
All of them in hota.lod.
Some of objects can copy from the hota random maps.
