Quote: I think that only applies if you set <ScenarioHero> to true, though I've still got to test further.
It can't be like that, since some maps "ban" some "normal" (non-scenario) heroes.

What does default mean? If you leave the <AvailableHeroes> property of the map empty? Hmm, I think this would work, but there is a problem: As I see, the maps don't have the <AvailableHeroes> empty, but point to the specific heroes (all 8 default ones for each faction), thus it's still the same tragedy all maps must be edited

Well, I mean that maps shouldn't ban non-campaign heroes unless the mapmaker has disabled them. Anyway I'm quite sure that the heroes could be added without replacing. The proof is in Sfidanza's campaign hero unlocker mod - he made Tieru available as a new, separate hero, and there's no problem adding or playing as him on any maps

I'll try that, but I'm not sure if the heroes will show up if I do not edit all the maps.
EDIT: didn't work, unfortunately. It seems all the maps have to be edited because of the <AvailableHeroes> property

The real chzamp is mytical however and Presently no one doubt that he's a male.

Asheera added Azagal
Quote: Azagal the Ranger
Biography: Azagal always liked the hunt, and in time he managed to specialize in it so much that you could say his huntings are some form of art. He's so awesome when shooting with his bow that the other hunters are so amazed that they try to become like him. But Azagal never stops and he becomes more and more awesome as each day passes, and thus the other hunters will never be able to catch up. This doesn't stop them to try, however, and along with becoming more awesome they also become better hunters themselves.
Specialty: Awesomeness: The Hunters and their upgrades under hero's command are so impressed by his awesomeness that they fight better (gain 1 attack and defense for every two levels of the hero)
(Master of the Hunt - Ossir)
Skills: Basic Avenger
Basic Leadership - Diplomacy
Azagal starts with "Haste" spell.

Quote: Mvassilevsky the Knight (Mvassilev)
Biography: Mvassilevsky was always interested in politics and this is how he managed to become one of the royal Knights. Although he is a very learned person, he has a bad habit of quoting others' sentences word by word leading to some completely off topic replies. He was a little ashamed when he found out about his "problem" and from then on decided to use his awesome quoting abilities only on the enemy. This led to a huge success to Mvassilevsky and his loyal troops.
Specialty: Quote Wars: This Hero quotes the enemy by taking their phrases out of context and thus replying to some non-sense. This actually intimidates the enemy, reducing their Initiative by 1% per Hero Level. Moroever, allies find it funny and thus their Initiative increases by 1% per Hero Level as well.
(Master of Initiative - Raelag)
Skills: Basic Counterstrike
Basic Enlightenment - Scholar
Awesome, but I don't like the fact that I have Scholar. It's useless. Otherwise, I'm imba, though.

I have formed own version of mine
Darkshadow the Necromancer
Biography: Darky was trained as knight but he never found chivalry interesting. After standing up in revolution he was exiled...To heresh. There he learned the art of necromancy. There he formed another revolution and took the part inqusition supporting vampires down.Currently he serves as lich marshal in ranks of heresh.
Specialty: The corrupter - Darky can temporarily "Corrupt" a number of enemy units to fight for him, much like puppet master. However, There is few differences, the number depends on tier of units (for lvl 1 he could get 0 tier 7s but 5 tier 2s), naturally the amount increases per 3 (4?) levels. (I was also thinking that if the corrupted unit is beyond tier 5 and hero's level is above 17 they would autmaticly turned into Liches )
Skills: Advanced Necromancy
Basic Dark Magic
Spell: Weakness
PS:I suppose I could do more if I have inspiration.

Asheera made...
Emilsn the Runemage
Biography: Emilsn was always a noob and is still a noob to this day. Every attempt of training him with more exotic weapons was a failure, and after 20 years he still loves the same dwarven noob weapons and the way of the defender. However, his hard trainings weren't in vain, as he specialized more and more as a Defender; in fact, he's one of the best dwarven defenders alive today, and he passes his offensive and, more importantly, defensive tactics to other defenders willing to train as well. This is why the best dwarven defenders are those that learned the wise tactics of Emilsn.
Specialty: Expert Noob: Although this hero is a noob, he became an expert at it and the dwarven noobish soldiers - defenders and their upgrades - are trained best by him. They gain bonuses to Attack, Defense and Hit Points, based on the hero level.
(Protector - Ingvar)
Skills: Basic Runelore
Advanced Defense

And yet another one Ashie created...
Quote: Eugen the Warlock
Biography: Eugen uses every dirty advantage, the most important being the fact that he always takes the enemy by surprise. Before a battle, he examines the enemy carefully, so that he can strike when least expected, killing most of the enemy army before they even realize what's happening. Because he strikes out deadly from nowhere, he was given the title of "Nightmare", and everyone knows that it's not a good idea to be an enemy of Eugen.
Specialty: Lurker: This hero strikes at the enemy when they are least prepared, allowing his creatures to act faster than usual: their ATB value at the start of combat is increased by 0.01 per hero level.
(Swift Striker - Wyngaal)
Skills: Basic Irresistible Magic
Basic Attack - Tactics
