This is one of the hardest fights yet, since Rocky has beaten very tough adversaries in boxing. But Rambo is a ragemachine in his prime with knuckles that can be compared to rocks  Rocky can take more punches to the face but rambo can deliever more punches to the face ....
BAH Rocky will win! In the 12:th round!!!!!

Yes it is a boxing match but I still think Rambo would win, his ferocity can't be compared to Rocky's.

UPDATE:
It is the 10th round and both boxers are sitting in the corner covered in blood, so ex-Green Beret, Vietnam Vet, winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor, John Rambo is in his element.
On the other hand, ex-heavyweight champion of the world, the Italian Stallion Rocky Balboa's right eye is so damn swollen he can't see, so he's in his familiar element as well. Not to mention the ever-helpful old man shouting inspirational quotes in his ear.
The fight is dead even.

I know I already voted, but let me explain myself a little more:
The boxing rules are very constraining, so Rambo will not be able to just break Rocky's neck in one move. Instead, he'll have to use his power to punch Rocky out. However, this where Rocky feels at home, he can take more punches to the head, gut or any other part of his body above the belt like no one else can. So this is what I see will happen: Rambo will mostly control the match, but eventually he'll get frustrated because of Rocky's durability and use one of his more dangerous, but illegal moves.
Rocky wins by DQ.

After a long and gruelling fight, a winner emerges.
Rambo swings a heavy right hook that connects with Rocky's skull as he is moving forward. All the training in the world aren't enough to keep him on his feet.
Rambo's strength is too much for Rocky, and Rambo wins by KO.
But the show must go on!

ROUND TWENTY THREE:
Ganondorf
vs.
Lord Voldemort
In the red corner we have: The King of Evil, the original Dark Lord Ganondorf.
He is a dark sorceror, a vicious tyrant who has taken over the land of Hyrule and antagonist in Zelda in his quest for power and is just generally an overall bad dude. His access to the Triforce of Power grants him powers from the gods such as invulnerability, teleportation,immense physical strength, and nigh-omnipotent black magic, and is able to take on other forms of Ganon.
In the blue corner we have: Thomas Marvolo Riddle, aka He Who Must Not Be Named, aka 'You Know Who', Dark Lord Voldemort.
Unless you have been out on a 20 year acid trip and severed all ties to humanity you will no doubt have heart of Voldemort as the archenemy in the Harry Potter series.
He wields his yew wand, has a Death Boggart, and the "Dark Magic" rebirthing potion. He is "extremely powerful, intelligent, and ruthless Dark Wizard. He is also known as one of the greatest Legilimens in the world and a highly accomplished Occlumens, and is thus able to read minds as well as shield his own from penetration" and is arguably the most powerful wizard alive. Not to mention all the spells that are commonplace and rare in Harry Potter.
He is adept at magic except for... "love" which I think is a bit lame but whatever. Anyways if you've read the book you'll know that he is really strong.
Whilst the triforce grants Ganon virtual immortality, and all those horcruxes and such make Voldy pretty hard to kill as well, in this fight it is to be assumed that they both are able to die; ie. a winner is possible in this fight.

We got
MR Overpowered AND 7 backup seals for ressurection
VS
MR We have slayed him in 1 of the 2 current timelines over snowloads of game along with a immunity weapon list long enough to scare any hero
Well, if Ganadorf manages to hit Voldemort in meele, its gave over for the backup seals.
Big fat chance that Ganondorf is immune to Avra Kabavra due his triforce part also, so i think is not the best fight for the dark lord.

Ganondorf; he'll just break Voldemorts Wand after dodging the first spell thrown at him. After breaking his Wand, he'd start making something similar to mashed potatoes out of Voldemorts face
