How to get logistics ?

Hello

Can someone tell me which hero classes are more likely to get logistics ?

I have once seen a table with percentages for each spell in every town type. Is there such a table for hero skills ?

So warlocks, witches, demoniacs and battle mages can be offered necromancy ?

Can anyone other than a necromancer/death knight learn necromancy ?
How come it never happened to me ?

Don't waste your time, the whole system of skill percentage chances is already extractable from Heroes III's data files. It's all in the HCTRAITS.txt data file which can be accessed using a program called ResEdit.
