Wow, thank you! You've done here an excellent work.
The Heroes 3 artworks look great, even the Forge. However like Alc, I wouldn't want to see it in the game.
It's really disappointing to see some Heroes 4 creatures from close and to see how ugly they look, when I thought they were pretty. The Angel, Thunderbird, Sea Monster, Centaur... And the Sprite's wing graphic is so pathetic, even I could make a better one! Lol.
Ceph, I know I'm not supposed to have special requests, but it would be great to see some H2 things next, or the H3 Tower.

I know what you mean! I'd love to see some artwork like that, but it seems the artists never released anything, at least not that I can locate.
I do remember a few pieces of concept art for the Tower, though, and I'll post them up momentarily.

And everyone blames Nival for having "ugly" models... *sigh*

Nival's design is actually good, too bad they went for a cartoonish style

Yeah there's nothing much wrong with Nival's art. I dislike their Dark Elves though, stole them from Warhammer when we had fine, original ones in Might and Magic VIII for use. The ones we have now aren't even Dark-looking
Btw Heroes IV creature art was only awful due to the rushed work and the fact that nobody needed to see them up close in-game. I have no idea who leaked out these screenshots but they probably weren't feeling too wise
@GL:
That's all I could find. Only the first one actually made it into the game - it was used for the capital of Bracada, Celeste, in Might and Magic VII.

First one's good, the other three ... meh, too cartoonish. The second one actually looks like something that could have been taken from Heroes 1. lol

Ought to point out that these were hand-drawn concepts, not in-game screenshots with 3D modelled buildings

The old gorgons looked a bit...different. As for the behemoth I'm glad they changed it I remember the nwc H5 art and did not really like it.

Okay, now to finish up - Might and Magic artwork.
Goblins
These fine fellows are all over Enroth and Antagarich in MM6 and MM7. Oddly, they are pretty different-looking compared with the short Goblins of Heroes III - they were probably based on the guys from Heroes II.
Innkeeper
Some nameless innkeeper from Might and Magic VI.
King Argus
King Argus from "Quest for the Dragonbone Staff".
Knight
An Enrothian Knight from MM6. Not much to add here
Legends of Might and Magic marketing screenshot
A fine piece of artwork from Legends of Might and Magic. Despite its nice story blurbs and excellent opening cutscene, the game was - to put it mildly - an epic fail, mainly due to lack of staff and a mid-development turnaround.
Might and Magic VII marketing screenshot
A marketing screenie for MM7. Depicted are the player characters, the Lords of Harmondale (a really small kingdom due east of Erathia).
Prince Nicolai Ironfist of Enroth
Nicolai who appears in Might and Magic VII. He is the son of Roland and Catherine, mentioned in the Restoration of Erathia opening cutscene and during Armageddon's Blade. He's a major character in MM6 (as is Archibald, from Heroes II), and also appears in MM9. Nicolai from Heroes V is named after him.
Oliver
Some aging hermit who appears at the start of "Quest for the Dragonbone Staff".
Sheltem
Heroes of Might and Magic players, raise your hand if you recognise him! No-one? BLASPHEMY!!! Sheltem is the main antagonist of Might and Magic I through V, and among the most badass villains in existence. He sent countless worlds into the sun and enslaved the people of at least five, finally meeting his match at the end of Might and Magic V. Some years later we had Heroes I, which led up to the reasons how most of you eventually got here.
Wilbur Humphrey
Wilbur acts as the Regent of Enroth during Roland and Catherine's absence in Might and Magic VI. He essentially rules the kingdom, since Nicolai's far too young. He's also the author of a letter which serves as the preface in the Heroes III manual.
Wood Elf
An AvLee Wood Elf from Might and Magic VII.
Well that's about it from me since there's no more really rare artwork to be posted (that I know of), thank you for dropping by and reading all of my ramblings.

Wilbur Humphrey, I remember that guy from the H3 letter. I was wondering why they put him there without even having a mention ingame. Btw what role does Nicolai have?

Towards the end of the game you are charged with releasing Archibald from the "stoning" () he received at the end of Heroes II. Nicolai possesses an artifact named the Third Eye which you convince him into using to release Archibald. After Archibald hands you the scroll you need to destroy the Kreegan Hive, he disappears (though returns in Might and Magic VII)
In a strange sidequest Nicolai also sneaks out of the palace and briefly joins your party, but disappears. It turns out he ran away to the Enrothian circus... you have to catch said circus to bring him back in order to prevent Humphrey and the other nobles in Ironfist from entering a panic
