"Dark Knight"... I'll bet you 20 bucks that someone would post a Batman in this round.
Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to participate regularly, but who knows. I'd like to break the ice, for now.
Dark Knight
Ghost Knight (explained in the description of Soulburst ability)
The Dark Knights
The tale of the Dark Knights is a nigh forgotten one. The last known scriptures that speak of them are safely confined deep inside the libraries of Bracada, where mages continue to speculate about their true origins and nature. For even the wizards, in all their knowledge, are unsure of the ways to most efficiently defeat or harvest the power of these fell riders of the shadow.
The legend on the forgotten scroll speaks of the Order of the Sword and Axe, an ancient and secluded sect of mounted warriors who served under many banners but were ruled by none; professional mercenaries so skilled and powerful in battle that there was no ruler that didn't want them by their side. Apparently, their ranks were composed solely of deserting knights and nobles who lost everything they had, and were left only with their steeds, armor and thirst for vengeance. Upon the embrace, every member was given a ritual sword and axe, forged from the finest steel and enchanted with archaic runes of war, fury and death, which rendered their wielders fearless and granted them endless bloodlust. The blades were handed to them by the nameless Grandmaster of the order; none knew how and where he found the blades, but no one ever dared to ask. All that mattered was that they were undefeatable.
And so it was; years passed, battles raged and swords and axes bathed in blood. Until a fateful day when they were hired to fight side by side with an army of humans, against an invading host of infernal demons. As the army general declared the charge, the Grandmaster lifted his hand up and whispered several unknown words in the language of demons. And, as if they had no control over themselves at all, the Warriors of the Sword and Axe turned and charged their former employers from the back, slaughtering hundreds before the demons even approached.
Then they ran. They ran away, they rode days and nights, with only their tireless steeds as company, each leading his own battle with his inner demons. But they failed. The infernal powers within their weapons took over their minds and bodies, leaving their souls locked and trapped, helplessly, in demonic unlife until these very days. The Grandmaster disappeared and was never seen again.
The shadowy figures of beings now known as Dark Knights still stalk at night, their demonic blades thirsting for new sacrifices, their souls screaming in vain, unable to free themselves from the slavery that was inflicted upon them. Cursed creatures they are, and it is wise to stay out of their way... Yet we must pity them as much as we fear them.
Special abilities:
-Hate all Good creatures.
-Soulburst (when the stack of Dark Knights dies, their imprisoned souls are released as Ghost Knights; no one controls them - as if they were in the Berserk stance - and they randomly attack an Evil creature on the battlefield each turn. They don't count as owner's anymore, and both sides may attack them if they wish; this is useful if both sides are evil. If all Evil creatures on the battlefield are destroyed, the Ghost Knights disappear. The Ghost Knights hate all Evil instead of Good creatures)
PS I know it was just an example but I was really bored

It's OK... The story doesn't have to be long or anything. A good idea is what counts. As for grammar and spelling, nobody will lose points for those.

I 'm in now.Today, I will have my creature ready.Sorry for being slow.
Edit:Well it's ready...It's not too good and it look like a dark swordsman than a knight but anyway...
Abilities:50%chance to immune to fire magic, 20%chance to casta a 1st-2nd level magic(any element)
Coming straight from the hell by the devil itself, Dark Knights are real demons that serve the Devil who wants them to consetrate on the art of fighting and not the magic, that the hands of a demon have. That's why their hands are skeletal, but the devil know that without both magic and fight they have a disadvantage. So he have grant them with a sword that is of the same "family" of the titans' but a lot weaker
P.S.:If you want say that he is searching for his horse rright now so he would be a knight too

LvL 7 - Mist Knight
The Story: The Necromancers of Deyja needed desperatly new forces to conquer Erathia so they
thought about creating some copies of the Vial of Dragon Blood (after the story of Mutare spread all
over Colony). The Necromancers wanted to turn their undead armies into dragons so
they went to the Skeleton Chamber and put some bones into a pot and they started
an Ancient Ritual that turns the bones into fake magic dragon blood. The result was not
as expected because the pure dragon blood couldn't be copied (something that necromancers
missed) so the properties were slightly different: it could turn into half-dragon/half-humanoid
and this is an andvantage because the creatures could ride horses. The Mist Knights prooved to
be useful for the necromancers. They have a very stunning presence and it seems that they have
an somewhat magic immunity. Many horse riders were transformed into Mist Knights since then.
New speciality for Skeleton Chamber(the cost increases to 5000g): transforms Cavaliers/Champions and Dread Knights/Death Knights into Mist Knights.
Stats: attack: 24
defense: 18
shots: none
damage: 30
health: 200
speed: 10
speciality:casts weakness and curse when attacks, 70% magic resistance, 25% chance to block an attack, chance to double strike.

Hooves or no hooves, I think it looks great
Right, here's mine:
Minotaur Leader
Veterans of countless battles, arena fights and brutal conquests, the ruthless Minotaur Leaders are vicious, hulking killing machines, their sheer strength rallying unruly Minotaurs to their cause, their warcries thundering across the battlefields like storms across the crimson skies of war. Wielding massive torches as a beacon of their power, and huge double-bladed axes that easily cut through thickest armor, Minotaur Leaders are always the first to charge, hack and slaughter the enemy, serving as an example to others of their kind; who follow them by will or by force.
Special abilities: +1 morale for all units in the army, ignores 50% of enemy's defence, 20% chance to ignite the enemy (sets the enemy on fire; it takes additional damage from it each turn, as if they were poisoned)
