If I really DO love her, maybe. But why should I say "I love you" to a girl I don't love? It's stinking hypocrisy. Because of that being common, the meaning of the word devolved horribly.

Slight exageration? Why the hell not? Saying "I love you" is a very nice thing to say and it doesn't always have to be "I want to spend the rest of my days with you and ONLY you". Beats saying something like "I really like you" etc. and using it in a nice way won't let it's true meaning die.

Because if you do not mean it, then it is a lie. If you mean it, in any way (not just "I want to spend the rest of my life with you") then the point becomes moot yes?

"I love you" can be said in so many different ways... there is a lot more to "love" than the sex/marriage/serious etc. aspect.
I can say "I love you" to a friend and not lie while I by some peoples definition here would certainly be lieing.
And saying "I love you" is not a bad thing... and saying it often won't make it less valuable when you mean it in the "official" way.

No I haven't been following the thread. I don't mean to pick on you, of course, but my experience is to say what you mean and mean what you say. If you love someone, tell them. If you don't, don't. The results in such case can only be positive. Honesty may make things difficult in the short-term, but it always pays off in the long run.
And there is much more to fear from sex than love.

More seriously, I think some of you misunderstood. If you want to have sex before love, that's fine. What I mean is that I think it's silly to be AFRAID of love, but not AFRAID of sex. If you're not afraid to have sex with someone, there's no reason to be afraid to tell them you care about them. That just makes no sense to me.
Sadly, most of this stuff you have to learn through experience, the hard way.

Are there any good moment to say it, I am a romantic person and I just think it is too tough to find a good moment to say it ..?
And well, we have only been together for 3months .. It is all swirling around in my head..

It doesn't have to take a long time to know how you feel. The important thing is to try to separate your feelings of love from your feelings inspired by hormones.
I don't really think you necessarily need to make a big event out of it. Just explain to her how you feel and ask her how she feels. I wouldn't do it while watching TV or something; just pick a time when you can have a real conversation without interuptions. If it were me, I'd do it over a nice meal - either one you make yourself for her, or at a nice restaurant. Don't try too hard - remember, having a long-lasting, meaningful relationship is the best gift you can give someone in the world. Telling someone you care about them is a gift that doesn't need unnecessary embellishment.

Ultimate Epic Jesus ****ing Christ Facepalm
No words can properly explain last night and I couldn't find an image on Google to properly display the epicosity of this facepalm moment.
Why? Why did I think it would be ok for my girlfriend to drink with me and my friends? What part of my mind looked at that idea and said, "HELL YEAH! GREAT IDEA!"?
I've always been the type to stay pretty chill when I drink. I don't act real crazy and for the most part I still have control over the words that come out of my mouth. Not her though.
I'm not going to detail it too much because I'm sure you can imagine for yourselves but after her display I had to apologize to my friends. Somewhere between her almost falling into the bonfire, singing to me in a loud high pitched voice that she lub-a-dub-dubs me, and then trying to have sex with me in a lawn chair, quite a few people got up and left. Then this morning when I dropped her off at home she told me how much fun she had and asked when we could all get together again.
My hands are permanently fixed to my face. I think I'll need a surgeon to remove them.
