That only addresses one of my points 
I'm afraid no one from my team actually "plays" H5
Also random sucks, it's why i don't like Heroes battles to be decisive

No, Quote Wars suck because they suck... everybody knows that
And you say duels are random? Being judged subjective is also some sort of "random", since it depends on the judge's preferences (random)

Question to GL: How do we "sign up" for a given competition? i mean, the same team can't use more than one member, right?
Also, you said the "first one" who finds it wins 10 points or something (Treasure Hunt). What if some of us aren't online?

Since duels are imbalanced as hell and there is no subjective pairing unless you are at dfortae's level let me suggest something else. I'll create a tiny duel map where each hero has 3 weeks army strength(6 dragons, 12 treants etc), a town for learning spells and choosing your upgrades and a sphinx that levels you up to lvl 15. No randomness apart from level ups, that's purely up to skill.
Of course racials will be incorporated as well. No Anwen abusing Lexxan
Let me know if you'd prefer this way.

I think it would have been better with "HCMs" because that way the "first one" who gets it won't get the points by himself -- I mean, what if some members are not online?

I know that it's a bit weird with that game, but as I said, I will add more locations later.
And it's only one single game. There will be many that won't require speed at all.
So stop worrying.
