Hey GL, as I see it, it should be a Location 6 with "NE", and all the others that follow pushed up one location forward (since Loc. 10 is missing)

I agree with Ash, I have no idea where location 7 could be.
EDIT: I still don't get it though the "graphic arts forum" thread fits the hints, but there are no letters over there...
