Why couldn't we use HCM's or E-mails? Then there would be no problems with whose online and who isn't not.
You can still have the time limit for a 24 hours or something.

There's this snake-like sort of lizard that I saw in Montenegro a few times that supposedly feeds on snakes, I think they call it "blavor" or something... But I kind of doubt you had that in mind
