Maybe you can do something with the ability "Luck Gambler" ? I look in the data.pak, butwe can't change luck to morale...

May I ask a question to Psatkha ?
In your tutorial to insert a new MB file in the game, you give in download the MB file to place in the Complete folder (de_Latnik). But you don't explain how you have extracted the base model (the Squire's model I think ?) to edit it in Maya 6 before replacing it in the game.
When I extract a .(Model) file (Nothing happen when I try to export a .(Geometry)), with all yours & Crazypill's files installed, the log window say me this :

How did you export the game models to edit make your creatures ? The Vopar for example ? The Armatier (I see also that you have replaced the skeleton ! Wasn't it impossible to touch Granny skeletons ??) ?
Please, can you tell me ?

I have some bad news (Or at least some negative words)
3rd upgrades fails!
#The Chaos Hydra: It looks so stupid with that fire
#"Pit Fiends 3rd": Once again it looks so stupid with the fire, and it's quite too powerfull when the wall is endless.
#The War Priest: Have you even testet it yourself? I had 116 War Priests, and they could kill anything by one snowing Call Lightning. It's way too powerfull..
#And ofcourse some icons on creatures is still wrong in Haven and Necropolis factions.
Other fails!
#Planeswalkers attack looks stupid!
#Errh that's it as far as i remember! But i'm not finish testing the NCF's

but I will give you even my opinion about.

Personnaly, I really like these NCF and all Fauch's effects on it and on others.
nothing to say of bad about them. Sometimes, a lot of effect may be attractive while the fights.

True but known by already discuss about. Everybody will prefer to take this upgrade rather others. But if he desires a good play
with sense, he would have some judgement to use it.

I can have a .ma file after converting the wrl file with wrl2ma. But when I open it, some parts of the models are missing and there is this message in Maya, in the Script window :

Hello I'm curious, I'm a fan of the series and this NCF thing sounds cool but it doesn't make sense to me. Here are my questions.
1. What does it do in specific?
2. I understand at least that it allows u to import monsters but how do i make them?
3. In relation to #2 I heard of some editor for NCF where u can add effects, change stats, city affiliation, etc. Is it released because I see a lot of new models these days. Otherwise, why is the developer not working on it while they're working on models....
4. In relation to 2 as well, is this all 3d max studio programming and using third party programming to make the creature eventually importing to the NCF system. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Read the first post, you need to install the NCF and then the creatures you like. Most of the them are already done, so you have only to download them.

No. You need only to use one of the free slots (made thanks to the NCF) and use it for your creature. The monster you add is in small mod file (h5u).
