Natalka strikes again. i always warned several guys about how ****** he is (not a girl for sure). but now i have also proof! so i just asked about a player i dont know in the arena tourney and thats the discussion...

There are 2 things - 1)big Tournament of Honor empire which ruled by mighty archangel/demon/titan Ves and 2)this particular fun arena tourney which i'm conducting.
As regards ToH in general:
There is a place called Hall of Shame. If somebody thinks that somebody else fits there, he can get all proves and send them to Ves (guess, there is no Council on this matter nowadays?). If "the crime" is big enough, i'm pretty sure that some sanction (most likely kick in the butt from ToH) will follow.
Whether this is the case or no, I have no clue (as I have almost no history neither with Vangelis, nor with Natalka) and no authority to deal with it.
As regards ToH Arena Tourney (which is my initiative and is judged by me):
The format of the tourney is such that everyone plays everyone. If you are signing up for it, you should count that there might be some ppl with whom you normally don't play (because of different ethical/political/religious/sexual or whatever else views). This always will cause some problems.
Possible solutions are:
1.To play the person you don't like (its only 2 arena games, nobody is forcing to make that person your friend or to play any other games with him/her). As I had similar problems in Heroes League, this appoach seems best for me and I sincerely advise to use it.
2.Not to play that person, ignore any game offerings by that person and get 0 points for that game. Well, this is fun tourney and if you don't like somebody SO much, then of course no need to waste your time playing with him/her.
3.Not to play that person and claim victory in your match (of course, stating clearly grounds for it). Such cases will be dealt with, hearing both sides and then making final decision by me (or somebody else, if outcome of the dispute affects my interests in the tourney).

i am in here for the fun.
"natalka" is here to insult people and get "prestige" and wins. so i am not going to play my 2 games with him and give him the points. that is what will be happening with more and more players as long as lower level people are allowed to play with the res of us

Well, well... Acu is right - defaming threads concerning bad-mouthing are way overboard. As Vangelis himself said - we are no robots. In the heat of win, loss or nasty surprises emotions do take their exit through acerbic languange. Accept that! 
Surely, swearing is even more inappropriate for a lady, yet again you have to accept certain traits in one's personality and hope that with time it changes... However, substantial amount of lenience should be granted as Natalka was the defending party. As far as I know then this "boy" and other issues have been promoted for a couple of months already... Probably, someone even hastier would have striken back long ago and more harshly 
Also, perhaps crude swearing could be substituted by more subtle assaults if there is no way of keeping silent? Take example from Acu For instance, I use pet names for my beloved cons like "jerko" or "honeypants"
