Full Story about my argue with Strider.
In short we have argue with Strider. He loss his save vs me and when i send him my save its "not work".Later we notice its not work ONLY for him. We did succes load it with AL and Buxyrs. Both say no problem to load this save. I dont know if strider say true or not but simple fast is he loss his save and for this we cant continue game. When i ask him for report game he refuse. For this i e-mail Ves with arguments. Here is full log from all e-mails. To be easy for look pictures will put all attachments:

Chek all story in txt. Sorry for loss your time with problems like this but i realy think Strider is doing evreting for avoid loss and for this he "loss" his save after avoide me 2 week and few times he start playing poker when know i'm wait for him to continue. Its not much correct and respect to make me wait him for noting few times.

Hmmm... this is a first 'real' dispute we've had in homm5... I read the text through. I'll forward to Strider first, and see if there is a response first. From what I see this is the common dispute I was used to seeing almost daily in homm3 ToH. Good thing it doesn't happen often in Homm5.

Dear Vesuvius,
I appologize for embarking on your free time. Nevertheless, we have to solve this and I hope both disputants will find you decision to be just. I'll structure my arguments for better peception.
1. It astonishes me to hear that Elit has counted the game as "win" and I'm kind of avoiding loss. The game has reached at most its middle mark. But what is more important - we both still sit in our starting areas. No significant game breaker has occured at the time. Map specifics is that the victor is decided by taking 2 of 3 utopias, hill fort etc... none of us has stepped outside the home site yet. Where is the borderline anyway - is it the day zero or is it before any major moves are taken? If day zero then we should have hundreds of post requesting report loss.
2. Elit says he has waited for me 2 weeks... true, but he neglected to mention that I waited for him a week before this save. And what in the world is that argument about poker, anyway??
3. About saves... as you can see from screenshots then I have a pack of saves, including autosaves. Yet, Elit is right that I have lost the very last one while managing my save folders during game with Fraudatio. Still, since version 2.0 the game can be loaded if only one player has the save file. We experienced this with Fraudatio as well. Consequently, if the save file Elit has cannot be loaded IT IS CORRUPT. It happens... we had exactly the same situation with Fraudatio when original save would kick out the game and i did not have earlier saves so he sent me his and we played on. Following this logic, our game with Elit can be continued by earlier saves BUT NOT BY HIS LAST ONE - it is just a software bug and the lack of save on my part plays no role there. This, of course, was not true before version 2.0.
4. As our community rests on principles of honesty and good will, I find Elit' s behaviour destructive. He loves to accuse opponents of being cheaters in case of loss. I'm sure you have seen some of his actions discussed in forum. Although, Elit is a good guy presumably, his obsession with ambition sows a seed of mistrust.
5. In order for Elit to feel the results of his actions, I file a counterclaim that:
Elit cheated by intentionally disconnecting from game when smth went amiss in his battles.
Proof: As you can see from the msn chatlog there was a very long turn that Elit replayed 4! times. I ended that turn in couple of minutes and he disconneced 3 times later on. His 4th trial went on for 56!!! minutes. Total time for that turn was 2 hours!!!
Elit's argument that he can send screenshots of msg that I have been d/c is not viable since you can just unplug your internet connection and the game will post that message. Obviously, it was very suspicous as the map is very small and you have to manage only couple of heroes and battles. Initially, I stuck to the TOH principles of honesty and trust and did not doubt his actions. But now, by reading his accusations I realize that this person has a "cheating" gene in him. Such a person is capable of breaking these principles and I strongly believe that he has cheated before.
On the final note, I dont really expect You to proclaim Elit a cheater since in theory of probability there is a chance that player can be disconnected 3 times in a row always during hard battle. Also, I dont want to see any of our small community in the list of dishonorable players. My only purpose is to show Elit how descructive this kind of behaviour and attitude can be!
To summarize, I sincerely hope that when considering both our claims You will find the most compromizing decision. Personally I would be glad to have this game void with no action taken to me or accusing Elit of cheating.

I just read Strider's explanation and it's so funny for me. Lets do 1st a summary from it 
1 His mistake for not keeping the saves is not big because it's the midle of the game...
2 "He waits me 2 weeks but hey, i wait him several days too so who cares"...
3 He lost (deleted) his save but the game is bugged and if i give him my save it's possible that we can not load ...but its not big mistake...
4 Elit is so evil. How can you trust him 
5 Elit is cheater too !!! I will show you this !
It's funny the way it's explained from him but lets be serius.
1. Yes game is in midle --> week 3 but he can't be sure that "i didn't break" if he didn't look my save ...Buxyrs did it week 3 day 2 in his game with jorko. Break or not the most important are the hero stats and his hero had just horrible stats for week 3 so for sure he can't break soon...it's his main reason why he do not want to continue the game.
2. It's just explained why i'm so mad for waiting 2 weeks from the last load and can't end the game.
3. When we prepared for playing he asked me for my save...this he says from the begining that he lost his. I didn't make from it big problem and just sent my save. He resived it and joined in the game but told me that the game shows him 2 red players. I don't know if this is true or not but the result is that we can't continue the game. Lets accept all what he say is true on N3. So if he keeps his actual saves with me he can send me his and we will continue game....but he lost all his actual saves (week 3 day 4) and keep 4 very old saves (week 1 day 6 - why?).
I know this situation happened before in ToH when 1 player lost his saves, he is reporting the game for loss.
When i think my oponent is hiding from me 2 weeks and after it he just "lost" his saves...it's normal to ask him to report.
4. Yes i can agree here with Strider, i'm bad boy...but lets try to find 1 person in ToH who played with me and will talk bad. Yes i did 1 mistake before. Yes my oponent did mistake to post for it in forum ...not to e-mail Ves 1st like i'm doing it now. Every 1 is doing mistakes but the diference is that not everyone can
understand his own mistake and fix it.
5. It's my favotite
Yes we have disconected x3 on week 1 day 5. It's my longest turn in all the game...BUT
5.1 when game disconected 1st time i was just ending my 1st battle for this turn and when get a gem mine the

5.2 the same battle and when it ended - game crashed again --> E_S_Day5_2.jpg
5.3 1st 2 disconectings pissed me off and i wait strider to end his turn before starting my battles. When he
sent his turn the game crashed before i start moving my hero --> E_S_Day5_3.jpg
When i'm not doing any battle... There's not a reason for me to disconect right ? Check logs from 21.08 for this situation.
5.4 Strider suggested to load 1 turn back autosave and just pass turn...and if all is normal we will load it again and play. the Game didn't disconect this time so we load again the same turn day 5 week 1.
5.5 For begining game didn't disconect...and yes i did a slow turn but it was not 56 minutes and when we have played just 2h for 6 days total - it can't be only this turn 2h long too. My reason to make such a slow turn is these 2 battles: E_S_Day5_Golems1.jpg and E_S_Day5_Golems2.jpg In screenshots 1 you can see how Strider
tell "seems a very hard battle" and how i'm reply him true "golems cant be hard". I'm sure Strider know well
"its not possible to loss vs golems battle like this". This is all about my disconect on this turn.

What i can tell is: For me it will be a lot more easyer and less time loss to end the game if Strider was keeping his saves than writing all these e-mails. I Hope he will understand his mistake and will simple report the game instead of talking against me or other ppl...to avoid 1 loss.

1. We can see from you save minimap that you have not broke.
2. I have cleared almost everything on my side and ready to break the block in nearest days. I think that I
have at least the same level of hero, you just got more lucky on arts.
3. It cannot be proven but I'm pretty confident that economy-wise and population-wise I'm better off.
4. You must be a very strange guy to assume that someone would not want to continue game because his stats
are lower at some point. That is exactly why your attitude is destructive - you express your own behaviour in
similar situation.

1. I had stored our save folder from before - thats why I had it. Unfortunately, the last save was in save
folder with Fraudatio and I forgot that when deleted all saves to solve our d/c problem.
2. It does not matter if I lost my save since it would work anyway starting version 2.0. Lets say I would
have it.... still we would fail to load because THE SAVE FILE IS CORRUPT. Our only option is to play earlier
save. In other words, it happens when save file unexplicably gets bugged and then the only option is to load
from other save if available. Consequently, I DOES NOT MATTER that I lost my save file since the game just
WOULD NOT WORK WITH THIS ONE!!!

1. I'm not going to involve other people and therefore I can tell you only this without explicit proof - some
honorable players do think that you d/c when you have a game breaking battles.

FINALLY, it does not matter after Heroes 2.0 if I have or not the save. Its enough if one player has it and
then shares with opponent. If that particular save does not work then one should try next available.

Dont think last e-mail from Strider need serius comment from my side. All time he is not post facts/screens
only use personal attacks. I'm ask him to report because he loss his save and we cant continue game. Its fact

I have time now and will explain all detail and simple for Strider because for him is hard to understand and
ignore facts. For begining you can click on pictures and see them on full screen. Now compare E_S_Day5_2.jpg
and E_S_Day5_3.jpg. You can see diference from
them and my main hero is not moved in second pick when game crash. Now look msn-logs from 21.8.2007 23:21:17

turn on pictures N3. Now lets think abit. If i'm cheat/fake disonect i can do it in battle but screen show
map...so its say 100% i'm not disconect in battle. If picture N3 say i have full turn with my heores its
clear I'm not did any battle. No need to be much smart for understand it. About 56 min turn. For begining its
not need explain...for second if you chek msn logs you can see 21.8.2007 a. 23:25:23 we talk for load and
pass turn and now chek your screen for game saves. Your save from day 6 (its after i end my turn) is from
0.10 so how you calc 56 min when from pre-load and pass turn to second loadn+end turn+save have total 45
minutes?
When Facts acure even Gods stay silent so stop talking rabish.Its not that I had too much respect for you earlier but now its under zero.

For those who love to skip arguments - THE SAVE DOES NOT WORK=DOES NOT MATTER IF I HAVE ONE, because we can
use save from either player starting version 2.0. That is the main argument and it has nothing to do with me not having one.

Have you thought why only 1 games? lol But, of course, thats beyond the dispute about our save.

Lol if you wanted to cheat after suffering unacceptable loses in battle you would end it and the d/c.
Obviously, its very hard to prove if someone really cheated or not.... Beside that was not my initial motivation.

As I already wrote in the very first response, my intention of accusing you in cheating was to put you into a position you are eager to do with others. And judging from the amount of excuses its working.
Perhaps, now you understand how childish and low morale behaviour that is???

To end this neverending email exchange and cut down to business - the save was corrupted as it happens (!!!)
sometimes. Lack of my save file cannot be an argument about granting you a victory since IT WOULD NOT CHANGE
anything.

Many times i'm tell Strider is CHEAP player but now i can tell he is STUPID CHEATER too.
In all his arguments he is tell yes his is not keep his save but this is not important because my is corupted
too. I decide to chek this. I send my save to my clan mate AL. He try to join but game tell him he cant
because need to be Strider HL. So he did new profil with name Strider HL. After it he is join from 1st try in
game and he have option for "V". We load game succes did chat and pass 1 turn. I'm send few screens from it(Load_Elit_Strider.jpg,Elit_Strider_SuccesLoad.jpg,StriderMainHero.jpg,BothHeroesTogether.jpg,MyHeroStats.j
pg,Elit vs Strider reloaded.JPG).Here not need much comments...its clear what Strider doing all this time.
I'm send my save too so its can be test from other ppl.

lol, so you found a way to launch that save??? But thats great then!!! Then there is no need for intervention
of Vesuvius now - we can just finish game!!!
Btw, you are again doing that childish stuff with calling bad names hehe We can try to finish then day after tomorrow. I just did not exactly understood how you did this so you will need to guide me through it...

What cheat? Maybe "loss" your save for avoid continue game and talk after it 'my" save is not work...is not cheat in your eye....but when other ppl can join easy from 1st try with this save and they dont see"Strider HL Elit hmm... it shows there are 2/2 players " its simple stupid lie. You need to be realy bad losser to do
stufs like this for prevent loss. After you loss me so much time for all this e-mails and after all snows here with zero facts dont expect from me second chance.

This guy is really starting to piss me off... It seems you simply cannot grasp the idea that other people tend not to cheat. As you said, it would be very simple-minded from my side to "cheat" in situation where it can easily be checked. Just by you assuming that I would try to avoid the game because my stats are lower,
make me feel good that I dont know you in person... you are just sickly ambitious If you, self-righteous priecher of cheating, need proof we can repeat this loading procedure and I'll make
screenshots of each step. To explain in detail what happened:
1. I see your game with 1/2 players.
2. I can click "join" and its shows "loading"
3. After several seconds it disappears and I get kicked back to "create, join" screen.
4. Only now it shows your game and there are 2/2 players. The "join" button is not active any more.
If I try to host with your save:
1. I click load when selected the save file.
2. "loading" message appears but nothing happens.
3. After 10-15 seconds I click esc and its back to "load" screen.
I can support all this with screenshots.
So - stop you childish/cheaterish mumbling and we can try to load the game by the method you have discovered.
As alternative I might try loading from other computer. Maybe (!!!) there is smth wrong with my machine (my
new power laptop definetely does not like heroes - we loaded around 30 times with Fraudatio just to end
game... sometimes it gave blue screen, sometimes just "send error msg" in various situations in both mine and
opponents turn). Perhaps this phenomenon bugs also the save???
What will you mumble when you see the screenshots??? I just hope Vesuvius calls the game void as the very
idea to spend my precious time with you is repulsive...

3. If we accept all is trye what you say (why your PC not stop work vs Fraudatio where you
have won save) about your PC problems its NOT my problem. Most honest from you will be
simple to report game and move on.

I have problems with system crash and not with save loading (i guess??). I can try other computer to launch
the game.

did is to send few e-mails and talk how i'm cheat and not any about facts...when i tell you to give 1
fact...you did it and tell save is broken. I chek it and catch you in cheat. Now you are cry about PC
problems when you can do it in your 1st e-mail and not start talk snows for me. How your PC can work enough
for end your (won save) game vs Fraudatio but not work to load my save and
you acident "loss" him too. Do you know how strange soonds all this? Do you think is normal to loss over 30
days for 1 game? Do you thik its honest to ask for zero game after loss me so much time?
You are doing what i tell from begining: all for avoid 1 loss.
For ppl like Strider have special place: Hall of Shame.

Thats all you did? In that case there is only one explanation - maybe the save file was damaged in sending
process when we did that.
READ PREVIOUS MAIL - I can support my story with screenshots I would make if we try to load again.

You are seriously damaged. If you cannot trust a person when he writes "turn ended" and you continue to play

Read again the thread! My main arguments chronologically:
1. My lost save file does not matter sice yours is enough. Loading problem means that the save is corrupt (we
had this with Fraudatio).
2. I suspected you of cheating and filed a counterclaim mainly for you to understand the consequences of your
mumbling. Your history supports this.
3. When it turned out that the save can be loaded I stated that my story can be supported by screenshots
where I try to join the game and fail.
4. My system instability has never resulted in loading problems. It just crashes.

this also from some very honorable players) - your sick imagination shows how rotten you really are.. the one

I will do what Vesuvius decides...obviously I'd hate to continue the game with you if we manage to load, but

Vesuvius, here are the screenshots (golems game.JPG,golems game fail.JPG)showing his game before I try to
join and 10 seconds later... in last screenshot we can see that "join" button is inactive and now there are
kind of 2/2 players....
With this proof if should be sufficient to withdraw any cheating accusations! So, in the end all this "try to
avoid game from beggining, cheater, cheater, stupid cheater" rubbish exhibited elit's own moral stance.
Also, I just realized another argument why the game should be void - he now has full info of my side after
loading with other people.
On the more sad note, this discovery has repercussions on the whole gameplay - now anyone with cheating
habits (like our golem) has a way of spying on opponent...
Its just sad how this situation turned out... instead of trying to solve the situation this golimish
character surged to report win and went around preaching cheaterism... he is too imature for the world of
adults and heroes...hopefully it can be cured by time and love

hmm in 1st screenshots we can see "join" button is inactive too. So what you mean and did ? Any who go in lan
game can see my game after your join and do screen. Why save not work only for you?
BTW you telling now Buxys or AL is spy for me and tell me all waht you have? Maybe is time to use your word

I'm not sure what is your defence in your last post...but 1 is sure 100%. Its my save work !!! So if you keep
your original save too we will can load succes. I tell you this in msn logs befor start all this convo: "next
time keep your saves". When we cant load/continue game for your "fail" its normal to report and not loss my
or Ves time more.

Exactly - your save works with other ppl and that means that lack of my save has no impact on game!!!
Screenshots show that I did not cheat or lie about not being able to load. Actually I suspect if we tried
harder (perhaps simply by resending that save file to me) we would succeed... but you cared more about other
things.
So, it boils down to fact that game could be launched somehow but we just did not try hard enough. Now that
my side has been loaded by your clanmember (or perhaps by you as well) it would be very disadvantageous for
me if we continue... I DID NOT CHEAT and lack of my save file is of no importance as proved by other ppl.
What is your decision, Vesuvius?
P.s. I believe Vesuvius is on a trip or smth...

comfortable...but if you keep your original save we will not have all this convo and you will not all this

We loss so much time and energy for all this. I'm give 24h from now to Strider for think. My arguments is he
loss his save and for this we cant load and continue game. If he think its not reson to report after 24h from
now Ves can remove my report from toh page and void game.

My opinion is - if you loose your save, you have to report, like Clayman did. Also this is the UBI politics too - if you disconnect from server, game is lost for you ... If we not report in this cases, we open big opportunities to abusers and cheaters...

The story from my point of view:
1. If I remember it correctly, it was week 1 save. I was Ythlin against nancy's dungeon in HOF times (no stalkers). Now, besides it being the very beginning of game, sylvan chances against dungeon were MORE than good. Why, oh why, would I get out of the game that was so advantageous for me?? Anyway, that's not the subject...
2. My main argument was that save file works EQUALLY regardless whether I had it or it was sent by opponent. Here's the logic - if the save doesn't work then it's corrupt in the core. Consequently, it was IRRELEVANT that I lost the save as it wouldn't work either way. Besides, in my career I have had 2 similar cases where my opponent couldn't load. These things happen with heroes very rarely...
3. As a proof I sent 2 screenshots - in 1st there is visible nancy's game. 2nd - after I tried to join it and got kicked out: now we see nancy's game that has already 2/2 players in it and "join" button is inactive. This is the CLEAR proof that I didn't cheat. How on the earth I could made this bug??
4. The problem again was nancy's bloodhoundish and infantile attitude. Started with cheating accusations and slandering. I was totally astonished as:
a) week 1 and in my favour in long run (at that point his stats were higher though)
b) bad mouthing and hysteria, accused of cheating
c) still continued the whole drama even when I presented screenshots
Regardless of this argument, ppl like nancy and some other here behave in the way that burns any bridges. Look at that pathetic lowlife in last 3 months - there is no way any compromise can be reached  First he attacks me in dirty ways and then wants a solution (same like in money thread)

Forgot to mention that nancy had d/c in the same 20-30 min turn 3 times in a row. I had heard before from 2 players about their suspicion that he's cheater. Yet, I try to employ principle to judge a person based on my own experience. So I gave him a benefit of doubt.. Apparently, that was wrong decision as a person, whose thoughts are so dark and heart is cheaterish in the core, could have easily done the d/c trick...

Dear cheater, You can see in main post full logs from all convo with Ves. Your possition is defend from your e-mails. No need to start talk same lie again.
I just want to know what people think for this situation. Are its normal to report loss when you loss save or not. If every one start loss his saves like you, ToH will be congested with argues and bad blood like us both.

What i cant understand is why he refuse before and now to report his game. He will loss noting now. His action is not acceptable. What will hapend if every one start "loss" his save when game going bad for him. Hope community will help Strider to understand his mistake and report his old debt.
