H3 manual in russian
I spoke with SAG concerning this, but maybe some of you can help. It is a H3 manual made by russian players of which I was aware a long time ago. You can take a look here:

It is in Excel, cca. 1 MB.
My questions, is there a version of this in German or English, and if not, can someone who knows Russian take a look and perhaps post some interesting stuff, if there is some.

When it gets technical, hardly. There are too many peculiarities in such a document to produce meaningful results.

I could probably translate it,but what do u open the manual with???Am i suppose to have a Russian version of Wordpad or Notepad or....
When i open it i get all kinds of signs,like this:

Hi AmberSoler,
Though I cannot understand the most, it is clear just from the first glance that you made an extraordinary work.
I can understand russian a bit for I'm croatian, but not in cyrillic alphabet - serbians would find this much easier to come by  .
For myself I'm mostly interested in peculiar stuff, which isn't very well known. If someone indeed finds willing to tackle this, I'm certain it would be very appreciated here.
btw. what does FizMig stand for?
