Dragon Quest 4 (DS)
Ok. I have just got to chapter 5, and I have to say this is a very fun addictive game. There are some problems for me..like leveling up somebody just to move to a different chapter and having to start ALL over, but I am hoping that later you get them back. Or having to give away over 100k gold in chapter 4...
So far the game has been ridiculously easy. If you can't do a boss fight (or fight in a particular area) just level up somewhere you can, and move on. The story lines are semi interesting, while some are very interesting. So..without spoilers..any hints or tips?

I only played Dragon Quest 1 for NES. The game lasts like ten minutes the story being: rescue the princess from the dragon.

If i remember corectly, you need to finish the game to unlock chapter 6. There you get the nasty elf as a playable char. I could be wrong though.
