I would like to see two things:
1. big apology for bugs, inbalances, technical problem and so on
2. An Ultimate Modding Tool With description what is where how to change edit, add, remove things That anyone could make his Dream HOMMV ToTE Mod Game(And learn thing or to about how hard is to make a game that everyone will love

- Decrease the Rare Resource cost of some Academy Building
- Increase the uses of the First Aid tent
- Allow War machines of the affected by Divine Strength (Catapult, Ballista), Haste (Ballista, Catapult, First Aid tent), Deflect Missile (All) and their Opposite Spells (Weakness, Slow) and Sorrow (Ballista, Catapult)
Fail...But something related making the game easier to mod would be good

If i had to choose only one wish form list of changes i want to see i would choose:
Please replace crappy, low quality effects with Kilrein's Visual effects mod(install it and look what can be done to improve them in the matter of months) i beg you please

It means the ability to Mod casting a spell when a creature attacks. Pretty much like a custom Hexing Attack.

Ability to easily mod heroes, creatures, artifacts, and spells would be nice. For instance could make ancient dragon with many hit points and spell casting ability to slay as part of quest.
Ability to make several different custom creature/artifacts/heroes/spells without overwriting old creature would be ideal.

I'd love to get some script functions to modify mechanics in real time, for example you could pump some boss creature just like in ERM script or change properties of hero, including initiative.
I wonder if modifying game mechanics could be already done by SetGameVar function? Never tried this.

... yes I need those for one of my projects and it's impossible without them

Alter some of the resource costs of certain buildings
And Dungeon tier 1 - 6 get +1 Growth.... ok thats just wishful thinking, but srsly the cost of buildings

I would like to see the stupid specials to be upgraded:
For example Vlad's special could be changed- in spite of +1 sp. to raise dead for five levels + 5 Dark Energy Points per two levels O.o
And also I would like the altrenative upgs to be more balnced:
for example- Plague Zombie +1 to speed
War Dancer +1 to att and +1 to min-max dmg
Centaur Nomad +2 to init
Now there are lots of creatures which are simply out of use because of their being so petty in compariosn to the alternatives, that even if they match somebody's strategy better- they won't be used...
In my opinion each tier should have offensive and defensive upg, or another function, but still respectively balanced upgs:
for example skelie archer, and skelie warrior have another functions and both of them can be used- everything is about the player's strategy...

Better balance between the elemental destructive spells would be nice. Ice magic tends to be the best choice since Deep Freeze is the star destructive spell and Cold Death is nice for Tier 7's and as a Phoenix counter. Unless you're planning on abusing Armageddon, you've only got Fireball/Wall, which just isn't as good as Deep Freeze. And if the enemy knows you're going fire (like if you're playing Nathir) you risk having them get Fire Resistance, which just turns fire spells to crap. And then Master of Storms is the weakest in most cases.

Oh, Asha forbid that the Necropolis has ONE useless perk. I mean, its not like the perks of leadership (all one of them) will make a difference. Thats what the Shrine of the Netherworld is for.
As for me, I'd like:
-a NCF-like attachment that can house downloadable extra Factions or creature sets or the like.
-a Variation of the hero models rather than just a boring single hero. Just a little variance is all i'm asking.
-a new Campaign that would allow some occupying time until H6 is released.
-maybe some additional raciality or new skills in the Skillwheel or something to add some differentiation.
-An expansion of Adventure map spells
-Reassignment of some Necropolis values to balance out their less than strong Tier 7.
-Unlockable content to give reasons to play the Single Player Scenarios and actually complete them
-Insurgency: Random recapturing of resource buildings in late game just to shake things up. Maybe Neutral Heroes.

Nice abuse But I don't think Swift Mind is such an excellent choice for Orcs.

Retribution for Demon Lords!!
They are such an offense based faction I'm almost insulted that they don't have the possibility to get it!

I'd second this. If they opened all parameters for us to edit, we could make 100 % the game we wanted ourselves afterwards. If we could define new Spells, new Skills, new Abilities, new Hero specializations etc. easily, only the fantasy would make the limit.

Ehh I don't know about that. Inferno is a zerg faction with the gating power, so having that many creatures with retribution on top of hellfire could be a bit much in my opinion. They unfortunately only have a 2% chance to get Leadership anyway, and to get Empathy they need both Leadership (2%) and Enlightenment (2%). So Retribution would be a rare choice either way. What they need is for imps to get more defense
