The question is not clear but(x10?): to get additional spell points you need
1)Familiars (in battle effect)
2)Seer's hut reward
3)Regular event
4)Mana vortex (dungeon-x2)
5)Artefact
6)Magic spring (x2)
7)Pandora box
8)ERM
9)Emissary of LORE (random 1-3 knowledge/week, reset if dismiss/lose it)
10)Skyship (+15 for combat only)
11)Intelligence secondary skill
12)New treasure chest n*2 (choose between spell and spell points)
13) Cards of prophecy (in battle random effect,possible get additional knowledge but need test to know if spell points are replenished once the battle starts )
14)Sphinx
15)The magic shop in my Alexander map 
Edit: tested cards of prophecy and it gives additional spell points if knowledge was chosen by random setup.

Now it's going to be a bit boring, when the first poster (after the question of the round) of the participants (now in this round is Salamandre, not me) has mostly the whole answer correctly..
The others could suddenly look at his/her answers.
But maybe I have an idea.

Then you are very vicious.
Because all those effects give additional mana (as well as additional knowledge sometimes) but the result is anyway limited in time. Your basic knowledge will be reset.
