stats & abilities
High-Lich - Tier 6, Neutral. overpowered I think
CREATURE_418 / CREATURE_LICH_KING
power rating: 2099
High-Liches feel only hatred for anything alive. They have the power to taint the nature and summon poisonous lianas to trap their opponents.
att : 20
def : 20
dam : 19 - 21
speed : 4
ini : 10
HPs : 60
shots : 3
mana : 12
growth : 3
Costs 1300 gold and 1 sulfur
Abilities : Undead. Shooter. Venom. Entangling roots. No melee penalty. Spellcaster (Curse expert, Mass curse no mastery)
Notes : entangling roots trigger on a ranged attack.
a creature controlled by the AI and entangled by a range attack will automaticly get released after it loses an action. it also works if you activate the auto combat.

Looks great. And overpowered? It's Tier 6, and has only 60 HP and not-such-a-high-damage. I would say it's underpowered
I just don't like the name though, but I can't come up with something better so I shouldn't complain.

@Asheera It has the growth 3, and the other 6th tier creatures has 2.

Yes, but a high cost, it costs a special resource: sulfur
And, 1300 gold.

Agree.
The icon is really not nice. the creature is pratically not visible because colors with tree background.
EDIT:
Distance Entangling Roots is a really innovator idea, Fauch.

Is this notably different from the Lich Master in looks? They seem pretty similar in colour to me?

Ya colors are same, just deeper.
anyway the most important for this creature is its distance roots ability but indeed the texture working is weak.

boaf... you could have tried to remove the robe...not say "it's a lich" but a completly other thing creature.
showing it's possible to use model lich for an other creature than a lich....and going on the distance root idea.

a scorpicor could be cool.
to avoid a too big look like the manticore, try to remove something (tail, wings)
and change the face (especially if isn't a manticore upgrade)
I think you will keep shooting ability anyway and it's a good idea.
others sounds are a must as well
EDIT:
I really like the manticore model idea because this model isn't still used as NCF.
