Round 2:
DagothGares:
There once was a little girl. She had to bring cookies and antibiotics to her grandmother. On her way she passed by a bum. This story isn't about that girl. It's about him, the bum who nobody cares for. Have you ever heard of a story about Howard, the bum? Didn't think so, because This story is about Chester, the bum. You see, Chester was very hungry and he desperately wanted some cheese. So one day...
RedSoxFan3:
He decided to follow the rats, but they would crawl through places he wouldn't fit. For a short time he was able to track them by hopping over fences, and going through doors, or even down street hole covers, but inevitably they'd always find their way into a hole in the ground or into a wall, a place he would never be able to go.
Lexxan:
"Suddenly... a ray of light fell on our beleaguered Hero's face.
-"Light" He said, as the ray merrily shone on his face.
And indeed, when tracing the ray's origins, he found a crack he could barely crawl through. He had no choice, he had to try. Once out of the Crack he looked around.
"Hmm, I'm not far from the (Car)City, maybe I should go there" he said in a non-thinking mood. As if the Guards wouldn't notice, Foobum the Narrator thought loudly.
He came across a restaurant, and realising he was hungry, he decided that he could use a bite. Unlike the Readers of this Story, he wasn't concerned about the fact that he was the City's most wanted man, and that he had no meny ot pay dinner.
Despite this, He entered "MightyMage's Salty Soup House..."
RedSoxFan3:
“You again?” yelled the Chef. He scowled as he stormed his way into the dining area pointing at the protagonist. Protag tried to remain cool to act like the attention wasn’t directed at him, but everyone in the restaurant stared directly at him, first with confused eyebrows and open mouths, then turning to scowls. They couldn’t all remember him, thought Protag. Could they?
Shadowcaster:
Protag sighed and dug around in his pocket as the chef continued to advance. They were going to kick him out, again, without realizing why he had returned. The lumbering, greasy man grabbed his arm and yanked it out of his pocket, and Protag's other arm instinctively dove in the rescue the object that had apparently become lost. He resisted the trip to the door to buy some time, but couldn't find what he was searching for before being shoved out onto the sidewalk. By the time he'd pulled out the piece of paper, the door had shut behind him.
Broadstrong:
Protag stared at the paper with a blank look, as he just coud not understand whatever is written. He sat under a nearby tree and looked at the paper carefully, while glancing at the surroundings. Then he realised, "Hey, this looks like some plan of the house. Maybe there is a secret entrance? Let me look for it carefully..." He walked around the house, until he came to one side of the house, where the soil seemed unusually soft and sounded hollow as he walked onto it.
Card_Ximinez:
He started to dig. He digged for several minutes until he hit something hard. He stopped and raised the heavy object in the hole up and palecd it next to himself. It was a new, sturdy-looking lead chest. He tried to open it, but it was locked. "Darn! But, wait a minute..." he thought to himself. He remembered what an old man had given to him many years ago. Protag reached for his pockets to see if the key that the old man had given him was stilla there. But no. He had dropped it somewhere. He couldn't remember where, though. "Oh, nevermind. I don't suppose that there was anything important in that chest anyway." he said to himself and decided to go and eat some SPAM, as he was hungry.

I will join in Round 7, though maybe not as a starting position.
Maybe there can be a poll after, say, 8 rounds, for the best story?

Round 6 Part 1 (Jiriki9)
I cans still clearly remember the day when we first met. I was late for work because the train had come much to late – again – and i was in a real hurry, when we both ran into another. I was stunned by what my eyes saw and got confused, soon: “I...sorry I am...” for you had lost all the bags you had carried (and it were many). Did I know what this would get me into when I asked you if i could invite you for a coffee, as excuse?
I don’t know that anymore.
Round 6 Part 2 (Asheera)
It was a nice sunny day. After the invitation, David was persuaded by the woman to go to a strange house that she said will certainly improve his life considerably. After they arrived at the specified house, the woman unlocked the door and entered the house, David following her in behind. But just as he entered the building, someone from behind the door hit him in the head and he fell unconscious. Obviously, the woman lured him into a trap.

O.o we have the opening and the end now, lol this story changed alot
Round 6 Part 6 (mvassilev)
He looked filthy, dirty, and unkempt as he stumbled out of the alley. And as David and the woman looked in horror, he suddenly raised his arms and began to stumble towards them, his flesh peeling off and the stink of decay coming from his breath.
"It's a zombie!" David thought quickly. The zombie lunged and tried to bite him, but he quickly moved out of the way. It turned around and looked at David, then began to lumber towards him once more. Then, there was a loud BANG! and the zombie fell over dead, his brains leaking out. Behind him stood the red-haired woman, holding a gun.
"I always carry one of these around," she said. "You're scary," David replied. "Anyway," the woman continued, "That's really why I tied you up earlier. It has nothing to do with any money, but I know you have something to do with this zombie breakout. The government has been trying to keep it under wraps, but a few of us still found out. We're zombie hunters."
David looked bewildered. "What could I know about it?" he asked, "I was a pharmaceutical researcher once, but I don't know anything about zombies."
Round 6 Part 7 (B-E-T-A)
Then a thought suddenly hit David "You can't mean...That the zombies might be the outcome of one of my old and failed expermient in my research to make the most funny human ever?" the red-haired woman looked at David and nodded "I don't know what caused this, but what you just said might be the cause..." David then taught back, and after awhile he turned to the woman and said "Only one of the experiments might have made people zombies, but only if it was to get mixed with large amount of H2O. It was my third experiment to make the funniest human in the world which in the theory, if mixed with enough H2O, should make people zombies." then a voice behind both the woman and David said "Failed?! It was not failed, Mr. David, on the conterary, it was most succesful! The only problem was that it did not make funny humans, but funny zombies! Just listen to this joke!" Then the zombie told a joke so funny, that both David and the red-haired woman fell down laughing so hard and for so long, that both of them kept laughing for the next few days, and ended up dieing of laughter.

But just as he entered the building, someone from behind the door hit him in the head and he fell unconscious. Obviously, the woman lured him into a trap.
Card_Ximinez:
As David woke up, he saw the woman cackling evilly. "I've got you now!" she said. "What why did you do this to me?" asked David and realised that he had been tied to a chair firmly. "What, you don't know? Don't play dumb with me." said the woman and brandished a broom. "I'm not! Really, tell me what I've done!" shouted David. The woman opened her mouth to say something, but the doorbell rang and she went to open the door. "oh, it's you. He's here." David heard her say to the figure on the door.
RedSoxFan3:
"You found David?" said the figure.
"Yes I did," the woman said. David couldn't see her face, but he somehow he knew she was smiling. "Got him tied down to a chair upstairs."
"Oh okay. Glad to here he's back home. Wait tied down to a chair?" there was a long pause. "I'll leave you two alone then." The door slammed shut and David could hear the 'ka-click, ka-click, ka-click' of high heels walking up the stairs.
