Ok, so if I place them on my map, will they be added to map archive so others can see them?

No, I'm sorry.
If you want to without asking them to install this MOD, you must extract all the files presents in my MOD (index.bin included !) and pack them into your map archive. So I think they will be able to see them in your map, and this without installing anything in their data folder. With this method, they'll see them in your map only. If they use the editor with their own maps, they won't see my MOD working. It is the same if they play a map other than yours.

What can I say?
TSoD, you are a great modder.
It's a real honor for me to personnaly integrate your 32 dwellings in RTMG.
(means that RTMG is receiving a coding to recognize them as usable AdvMapObject)
Note 1: RTMG will replace Military Posts by TSoD's dwellings and add them in random maps only if the MOD is present in data folder.
Exactly same thing about NCF Creatures.
Note 2: Fauch's 3rd upgrade as dwelling guard will be possible under condition that this MOD is also present in data folder.

Well... Great! But I've got a problem with this mod. I have polish version of Map Editor (but it may be not a problem) and I don't see any level 4 - 7 buildings in Dwelling section. Any suggestion?
PS. Sorry for my bad english, I'm learning and it will be better in future
