Best spell combo
I was thinking one day that some spells in hmm3 and exp are made for each other. My favourite combination is Prayer and Bless(w Exp Water). They do miracles for your creatures, Although I use inly seldom water spels. What other combos do you think work well together?

well stoneskin sucks compared to shield anyday  unless offcourse u dont plan to meele at all, in which case stoneskin offcourse is best.
But superior defence minimizes damage by 3% pr point, at expert stoneskin gives u 6 xtra defence = 18%, while exp shield brings u a 30 % reduction in damage to meele. Id stick with shield anyday
Best spell combo imho, is blind and clone, If u get all his critters blinded, and u have fastest creature (Here comes slow in handy, if u dont) U can kill all his creatures by using clone and reblind before he gets to move. Its sooooo boring when somebody does it to u, but hey, I sucked it up and cursed myself for miscalculating so badly, lol.

Expert fire magic is the most enjoyable school of magic for me.
With just a blind and berserk you win the battles without engaging your own forces. Of course this applies only to the battles vs. computer.
Fortunatelly ppl I play with dont let their own army be slaughtered by ... their own creatures.

I miscalculated tonite, well kind of.. We were playing with some stupid rule.
He cloned his 100 champions then mass hasted, then blinded my 170 arch angels again(to get rid of the retalation). Then both stacks attacked. Blinded again etc. He was killing 14 arches every 3 turns. At first it was very funny, but after all it got a little boring. I decided to surf the web till he finished lmao.
Good thing he had 68 spell power, yawn, only 20 more turns till slow comes off 
This tactic is very effective, but very very boring!!!
Although I do think he was enjoying himself....I was having fun surfing and talking in the zone too
uhm Good spell combos.... Well I like anti magic, it would have saved me that game. It was missing in 4 guilds lol
Water magic is great. Teleport those mighty gorgons right beside his black dragons, thats fun
Mass Prayer, expert Clone, mass Bless and expert dispel kick too.

yeah, as for favorite schools of magic, it's:
1 - earth (no doubt)
2 - water (unless I have NO water spells)
3 - fire (only if I have bloodlust, curse, blind, and some good lvl 4's)
4 - air (only good for haste, air-shield, counterstrike (rare), lightning, CL, and Solmyr)
yet if I'm tower or fortress and I have haste, I go for air magic over water / fire.

Cloned Archs that can res your units are great
cursed inferno armies are pathetic to slaughter
mass sorrow is one of my favorites.. especially when opponent is seiging your necro castle.
and of course if played right what can beat 2000 cloned skels..
another very surprising oone to me is zombies with bloodlust.. tougheer than expected

Actually that's the way I beat 3,500 mighty gorgons in 7 stacks with merely 20 arch devils using a fire expert.
It's sweet to see the death stare appear again and again........

Have to agree with Icon on this one. What's the point of spell combos when a single spell is all you need? Berserk at expert fire magic, whoah, that rocks! You have to play extremely clumsy to lose when using that (unless the other player has anti-magic or berserk exp. fire magic himself!)

thats my fav spell bezerk caste bezerk & slow then caste haste on u too so u always get to use spells first & bezerk their fastest To the strongest creature they have
maybe a blessed cloned mighty cows

Bless allows the creature to inflict maximum damage on anything, whereas curse makes the creature receive maximum damage from anything.
So mass bless is good enough, or mass curse. Don't waste a round trying to pull both off.
Well there's a point in mass bloodlust and mass curse however, or mass bloodlust and mass bless. Don't put bless and curse together in mass spell casting.

Huh? I don't remember II and III, but in I and IV, curse made you deal minimum damage, not recieve maximum.
