Flying,Immune to earth spells,sandstorm ( ability to create a sandstorm with it wings,only while in desert tarraine,the ability blinds a stack of units for 3 turns),Hates Rocs.
Those wierd creatures are thought to be of legends. a hybrid of harpies and goblins are simply poor goblins who got cursed by witches and mad mages. the Avharn are barberic people,Cannibalistic,and they are primitive in mind,but exceptionally violent. they will find original ways to kill a pray.
They hate Rocs and will deal double dammage to then.

In the HotA storyline.
The Macemasters lives in wild rough terrain, where their trainers were gone for long time ago. they took an order to get into the Strongholds empire where they could be the level 2 creatures along with the wolf riders.
