You probably heard it a zounds times, but...
Is there a patch, a mod, or something I can upload to avoid seeing pink undeads? Most times the pinkies are the best upgrades but I really can't bear the view, especially skellies and poltergeists.
It should be fairly possible to achieve, someone can help?

This is a pretty cool project, I don't think it's done yet though.
EDIT: It's done

Thanks, and it does look cool indeed. But point is... I don't want to recolor the entire faction, just not having pink skellies and ghosts -despite I recognize the Ghostbuster homage.
Actually, I like green undeads.
Uhm, perhaps I'm asking too much?

Well I know it's not really what you want but I made once new textures for the ArchLich (I hate that white robe) and the Poltergeist (I hate that it's pink (not even purple!))
You may not like the colors I made but I'll give it to you anyway, perhaps it may help a bit:

There was also this old project which ended up being more of a colour clash than the current Necropolis (if you ask my humble oppinion), but it's worth a look.

Hmmm... now that I think of it, is there a way to directly interact with the skins and fix the thing myself? I know I sound stupid, but my knowledge of modding is near to zero, thus I have no idea.

Well first take a look in this thread for a start. Then you may also need some software tools to edit .dds files.
Then you just need to find the .dds files (textures) of the necro alternative upgrades, edit them as you wish outside data.pak and create a Mod with the modified files.
The Necro alternative upgrade textures are located in "Characters\Creatures\Necropolis\AlternativeUpgrade\"

Well I do remember a MOD that made the alt upgrades blue, but I can't find it and I don't know if it went anywhere...

I feel modifying it myself would be the way to go, except I don't have photshop and even if I had it I suck with it.
Besides, I have a question. Can I download the MOD and only apply it to a few creatures?

Sure, you can just open the file with a zip program and delete all files but the ones belonging to the alt. upgrades.
