so I can get max 3 messages of possible mafias and one of them is fake.
1 message per round from mafia and each detective, they can't PM eveyone and they can't do it themselves. Read the rules again, they do it via the GM and remain anonymus.

Let me say. Messages can be sent only at night turn. Only 1 message from each det and mafia. So 3 messages max. When you recive message you have to choose follow it or not.  Note: talking about messages you recieved is forbidden. Keep it for yourself.

Where have you been? Joining is over and you are too late. Now you have to wait for next round. 
Well, Night turn is over now!  Let's have look.
At the midnight in the police station door suddenly opened and strange man, dressed in black with cloack entered. "What are you doing here?" - he asked - "You have to be on the city streets and patrol it. The city have mafia and they won't stop until they kill everybody. You have two corpses already" - said man and disappeared.
Cheking the city police founded corpses of Veco and NiKitA. This is a possible explanation of how they died:
NiKitA was staying at the road at about 10 p.m. and waiting for a car which could bring him to home. There were no car and he in despair started to came out, but suddenly he saw a lights of car. He stopped it and driver agreed to take him. At one street another man stopped car and when driver opened door he suddenly pulled out a pistol and shot driver and then he disappeared. NiKitA started to try to escape from car but door was closed. And the 5 minutes after the car expolded. Experts managed to recognise the corpse of NiKitA and then they recognised that driver was Veco.
Veco and NiKitA was mysteriuosly killed at night. Day turn begins!

you can vote at this day turn because you managed to wrote a message before you died.
And note for detectives: because of our different time zones I can't answer you immideately so you can't send me request to send message for others, so send me messages like that: "Is <...> mafia? If yes, send it to <...>."

After investigating Nikita's appartment a message was found on the phone secretary
Nikita, I think someone's after me, I think I'm seing the same people whereever I walk. I'm terrified, it can't be anything good... maybe it's just my imagination but I think that woman from the flowershop, what was her name again? Asheira? Anyway I don't like the look she's giving me. I need to talk, do you have some spare time this evening? I'd appreciate company, thanks..

I wonder who was mafia: Veco or Nikita? I mean, the killer has to kill a mafia member first round
ok joke aside, I vote for Card_Ximinez, his avatar suggests that he is a mafia (since he knows it all)

First thing B-E-T-A did when he arrived at his work, was to turn on the TV, police news. There it was alot of criminal stuff, nothing much new or interesting, then there was the news of two murders, in his own city! On the news they said that the people was voting on who they thought was the murderers. "I got to get to the police station quickly, or else I miss the voting!". When he walked out the door, B-E-T-A turned around and changed the sign "The psycholog is out, will be back in a few hours." it was not that important to keep open, his only pasient that had wanted an hour that day was Veco who had been killed. "Shame that the guy is dead, he was getting better on his paranoia..." B-E-T-A said.
It was very crowded at the police station, but because of an old friendship with the policeman, B-E-T-A went in the back door. As he passed them, B-E-T-A took a quick look at the proffs. Thanks to his good memory, he remembered all of them. One thing that made him a little puzzled was Vecos note, where he suspected that lovely flower lady Asheera. "I think he is mistaken on that one." B-E-T-A mumbled, but went to the voting area.
Well, right now... I got no suspicon on nobody, just people that I think is not murderes. I will list the now:

OK. I see.
BTW, I am thinking about to allow detectives (and mafia) to send messages that somebody isn't mafia. I think it will make detective role better and the Game more interesting. What do you think?

If the message cap is still 1 for each then you can decide whether tell that someone isn't mafia (like first/second turn) and who is in later turns (when you probably know it)

One thing I'm still not clear on: Can detectives send both a message to someone and investigate someone in same round/night? And can detectives tell more than one person about who is mafia? And how does the message sending work? Do we send it directly or through DC?

Look, let's suppose you're a detective. You'll send (at night turn) a message to DC like this: "Is X Mafia? Send the result to Y." (obviously you'll also get the response yourself)

I told it. Didn't you listen? OK, I'll repeat. Detective/mafia send message to "DC" (or to another leader if I'm not) with request to send message to <...> that <...> is or isn't mafia. And I send this to him anonymous. And I told you that we have different time zones, and I can't answer some of you immediately but only at the end of Night, so it would be better for you to send me messages like that: "Is <...> mafia? And send it to <...>."

Old Edna was feeling terrified. First she had discovered some dogpoop in her precious petunias, then she'd discovered that she needded to dye her hair again, you could see some white hairs through the green. And, as if that wasn't enough, there had also been TWO murders during the night. TWO! And both of them was at people she knew and loved. First, there was NiKiTa, the brother of the best friend of the son of the niece of her cousins wife, who she always sent chrismas presents to (home made ginger snacks with cream and chocolate sauce). And the second murder was on veco, her lovely, young neighbour on the other side of the street who most recently had helped her installing her new tv. Edna remembered she had been at his place yesterday, with some cupcakes with prunes as a thanks for the help with her tv, when she'd heard B-E-T-A the psycholog asking him questions about veco's family fortune and his will and that kind of stuff. Since she'd worked as a genus scrutinizer (is that what the job is called?) she knew that B-E-T-A was the son of veco's cousin, and that the family fortune soon would fall at him if veco died.
So my vote goes to B-E-T-A.
