Why I have always wondered was: we go to the moon but not to the depth of the ocean?

Well, in space, i don't have to deal with several atmospheres of pressure for one thing. In fact, if we can use aluminum in space, that tells you how easy it is in actuality. But, eventually, we may find some kind of compound (like unobtanium) that allows great pressure stresses.

First off, I said that there I didnt think in Sea Serpents. I never said I belived in the Bibles leviathan either, just that it sounded exactly like the Leviathan in the great disney Atlantis movie.
But I do think there are larger squids then the Coloss Squid. But the Kraken comes from the norsemen (or whatever you want to call us) and the Giant Squids also live around Scandinavia (except the Baltican Sea) - so the Kraken was probably the Giant Squid and the Sea Serpents probably Oarfish.
But the Oarfish exists in the tropical oceans so I might be wrong.

Well let's think about the currents in the South Pacific. Which one is down there...Aleutian Current that delivers tropical currents to the Central and South American west coast. Also, the Ring of Fire is all through it, so it wouldn't be two extravagant to flee to the Tierra Del Fuego or even farther to Antarctica. After all, Antarctica is a land mass under all that ice.

or Electromagnetic shielding.
Btw, didn't soviets attemp to dive into bottom of Mariana Trench in the 70s?
Also, isn't there any change that the equipment could have had some malfunction, making the noises sound different?

Yes they did. So did the US. Its nice to know that they have so much in common. But the US recorded depth of 10.916 Km. The soviets said they were 11.034 km. So fifty meter or so difference.
Apparantly we don't want to go anywhere else. Since its dangerous and the submersibles aren't that maneuverable, its a snails-pace project at best. I think they want some inproved tech before they go down anywhere else.

I remember reading that some scientist suggested theyd launch a probe with over supersonic speeds to the bottom
Couldn't modern heavy armor composites last the pressure and go to deeper than we have before?

Hell, that is creepy...
Imagine sitting in a submarie, while hearing this loud noise..
Walls vibrating... Everybody quiet...
BAM!
a hole is made and water flows inside along with that horrible wailing...

The slow down sounds more biological though, but im no scientist or expert.

And it is a lot bigger as well, and you can't use nuclear energy to "move around" cause... you have nothing to push yourself against -- you need actual fuel which runs out.
But that wasn't exactly what I meant. I meant that we don't even know our own planet but decide to explore the moon...

This is a quote I seen in a video:Quote: And one other thing is the fact that both sounds on this video have been recorded at 15°S 115°W and 50°S 100°W respectively. If you look them up on maps, you'll notice that they're relatively close. Also, both the numbers are integers, could be coincidence or something else...
Definitely aliens...

If there's one thing that no one can predict in the world, its irony. Who knows, maybe it is a mechanical construct like the Disnet Leviathan.

OR MAYBE THE PEOPLE FROM DISNEY ACTUALY ARE ATLANTISIANS?
Maybe their Atlantis movie is based on their own experiences, when Disney lived on Atlantis thousands of years ago!
Perhaps they teleported Atlantis west of South America and the mechanichal Leviathan is still there, guarding it!

Just a thought.
A recent joint Australian/American expedition uncovered over one hundred new life species, after an undersea mission.
Who knows what's out there? Personally, I wish to see Nessy.

It sounds a little similar to if you got some water in bottles and then blow down them. I THINK this/those creature/s(if the sound is not someting snapped from someting random mecanic stuff) got no eyesight and holes in the skin with varying depth creating this sound to use as a sonar.
Or someting, i guess its also a prederor based on that. Maybe a sirculation system that are these holes?
Blah, ranting?
