ICTC 4: Spire
Heres my entry. Its originally designed for WoG so the creature stats are from HoMM3 not 5. Well, here goes nothing.
Spire
Motto: "rule with wisdom and sword, purge with fire"
A.K.A.: The Hordes of Chaos, The Bloodthirsty
Worship: None. The Hordes doesn't see dragons as gods.
Core philosophy: "Destroy the unworthy"; conquer and enslave the weak and rid the world of scum. Seeking greater good via evil methods.
Country/Kingdom: Blodfader, the island refuge of Lord Demian
Capital: Ironclaw domain, "The Spire of Terror"
Key Symbols: crossed axes, howling wolf
Description:
The Hordes consist of vide variety of creatures. From daemonic energy touched goblins, vile beastmen, to once noble knights and priests and majestic dragons. The power of The Hordes is based upon a ancient and dark scripture known as Codicium Malevolith. This tome contains a vide knowledge about Daemons. These symbiotic and mischievous beings reign over the astral plane. Few rogue wizards tried to siphon their powers but they were driven insane from the vile daemonic energies that were unleashed upon them. After a century of failed experiments daemnhosts were born. These people were imbued with a daemon. But some were compeletely possesed by their symbionts, others were transformed into horrifying winged beasts. Every human soldier of the Hordes was imbued with a lesser daemon, thus increasing their physical strenght and reflexses. The sideeffect was an unquenchable bloodlust and recklesness. This makes the Hordes a very dangerous oponent, because they use every single inch of their muscle to crush the enemy to dust beneath their feet.
Racial Skill: Siphoning
allows the hero to collect soul shards from slain enemy units. You can use soulshards to upgrade your creatures. The shards are consumed in the process(example: you have 50 peasants and 50 shards. Peasants get upgraded to Conscripts and 10 shards are consumed) the higher tier of creatures the more shards you need to upgrade them.

Description: more mutated version of ambushers. These goblins aren't so reckless as the rest of their bretheren, so they are worth to take into battle. When they are wounded they eat fresh corpses of slain enemys and loots them for valuables.

Description: Sometimes a warped egg hatches into a three headed dragon. These wyrms posess no breath attacks, but each head has different type of venom. The beasts stare is very frightening, and sometimes warriors die just from looking at it.
Special Abilities
Daemonic: This creature belongs to Spire. Daemonic creatures cannot be slowed and/or weakened
Recklessness: Increases damage by 15% but reduces defence to 0
Pillage: after a victorious battle hero receives 5% of defeated armies worth. After a victorious siege the hero gets 5% of wood and ore required to build the town. The number of total loot is increased by 1% for each stack with this skill present
Strenght of the Herd: Damage increased by 2 for 50 Goatmen present
Wounding: Reduces attack by 1 (stacks up to 5)
Black Arrow: Reduces defence by 1(stacks up to 5)
Cloak of Shadows: Defence against ranged attacks is increased by 1
Rend: Reduces defence by 2(stacks up to 3)
Spell Stealer: Steals a positive buff from a enemy stack and places it on a friendly stack. Also can remove a negative buff from a friendly stack and place it on enemy stack
Arcane Explosion: When a stack bearing this ability dies, all nearby units(up to two hexes away) receives 50 damage
Ensnare: throws a net on a enemy stack making it unable to move. Lasts 2 turns or until attacked
Shadow Embrace: 25% to deal additional 35 damage
Aura of Chaos: increases all nearby friendly units attack by 2
Aura of Destruction: increases all nearby friendly units damage by 5
Ice Breath: Reduces attacked units speed by 4. Lasts 3 turns
Venomous: 25% to paralyze, 25% to weaken, 25% to slow attacked stack
Cannibalize: Identical to Life Drain
Special Buildings
Altar of Chaos: Allows to sacrifice Haven units (lvl 2,5 and6) and Stronghold units(lvl 1) to their Spire counterparts
Totem of Rage: Boosts Ambusher/Pillager/Looter growth by 10
Astral Vortex: permanentely adds 1 spell power to a visiting hero
Cauldron of Blood: increases garrisoned hero's spell power by 2 during a siege

I acctually was inspired by Warhammer's Hordes of Chaos faction. They always looked cool to me. The idea came to me after BoF crumbled to ashes. After a lot of brainfrying and coffee,several burned notebooks i've finnally shaped it into HoMM faction.

Your head is safe Mytical. I'm using a cell phone instead of PC(don't ask) and i have a limited amount of symbols i can type(5524 to be exact). If i used a PC instead of my phone, all the material would been in one post instead of several.
