Quote: Okay, a question for the newly-resurrected Svarog:
If you could erase one horrid or disturbing experience from your memory once and for all, which one would that be?
I wouldnt erase anything. Every experience has taught me something, especially the "more painful" experiences. If I erased them, you'd have to go through them all over again. I like the feeling of survived pain more than anything.
If I have to go with smth, it'd be some boring experience that hasnt taught me anything, like sitting for 3 hours through my physics class today.
Question for Milena> (who else is playing?)

Hehe, sorry for the late reply, I haven't been online at all in the past couple of days.
How did I realize I liked girls? Let me begin by saying that instinctively I have always trusted women more. I feel safer in the company of women than in the company of men - unless they are friends of course. It's a complex of things really but I always took it for granted until I was over with my teen years.
It is unusual for someone my age not to date, or have dated. At 19 and 20 it seriously got me thinking. I wasn't dumb, or bad-looking and it's not that no one ever showed no interest in me. The question was, how come didn't I date?
The realization slowly formed in my head. It was because every time I was faced with the opportunity to go further with someone, I'd withdraw. I'd think what they would want from me and I found myself shying away.
At the same time when analyzing myself I noticed I didn't feel this way about women. The conclusion was becoming obvious.
The big revalation came when I was over at a friend of mine in Texas. I was describing how I felt when I imagined it. "As if an icicle stabs me in the middle," I said. "And I crunch in two - kinda like they've kicked me in the gut and kicked and kicked."
So my friend laughed and said, "you won't believe me now but I'll tell you one day and you'll know I'm right!". I insisted on her telling it right away. "I think you're a lesbian dear". I opened my mouth to say something, say, that's BS but then nothing came out. I swallowed and tried again: still nothing. "I guess you're right," was finally my response.
Women attract me easily. I can't deny that. And why should I? Really, if there is mutual attraction why should that matter? I have accepted it and well. I like women.
The next question goes to the Cookie.
Cookie! If you were given the chance to meet THREE people from HC you haven't met already, who would that be and where would you like to meet them? So, three people who haven't seen before in person.

Only 3?
That makes it hard M!!!
Well, I guess I'd better say you huh Let's stay in a Celtic Castle {Ireland} We can dress like princesses and write stories, and drink some guiness with the leprachauns. Let's go horseriding and roll down those lush green hills until we are dizzy, climb castle towers and talk to the birds that roost there. Maybe some handsome princes will come and resue us! tehee.
Another person I'd really like to meet is Pandora. I'd like to go to a retreat somewhere in the mountains at a time when the sun is out, and the snow is deep. Some place with good music, a fireplace that fills the room almost as completely as her smile, and a bar. She can teach me to ice-skate
Not sure if you've noticed, but I've been a little stressed of late. So for my 3rd person, I'd like to visit Val in NZ and have him teach me tai chi. I have just learnt how to breathe {the whole out with your stomach thing - something hard after 30 years of being a girl }, but I have a long way to go to reach that inner peace I'll cook vegan feasts for him in return - and maybe we can do some wierd things to you guys at HC just for fun
My question is for Mighty Mage:
{I hope I haven't already asked this - if I have just make up a new question to answer k }
If you had unrestricted finances to start your own company - what would it be like - what kinds of people would work there - who would the customers be - what would your job entail, etc etc etc. A name would be kool too

Wow, sounds similar to what my guidance councilor used to ask us in High school.
Well, I'll try to answer this but don't expect an extravagant answer because what I want is actually rather simple and probably not all that interesting.
I'm sure as most of you have noticed, I enjoy Computer Graphics. Designing things on my screen, being creative, expressing the ideas I see in my mind into physical form. All of that, and if I could own my own company and be my own boss that is exactly what I would do. I had an idea though.
A few months back a man came to our house and tried to sell my mom some advertising space for her Daycare. While she was looking at the examples he had brought along he asked if she had a logo or any sort of picture which is what he would use in the ad. Naturally I had made my mother's logo so I printed one off to show it to him. Unfortunately he was a salesman so he had no understanding of what he was looking at. Just another possible client to line his pockets with.
After he left , I started looking at my picture then I glanced at the business card he had left. That man sold ads, he didn't make them. What if I could combine the two. Design logos and ads for businesses and then place them. The ultimate Ad agency.
That's what I want to do. I love taking a company name and finding a way to express what it is and what it does. If I had unlimited funds to do that then you better believe I'd enjoy every minute of it. I would have buildings in New York, L.A., Vegas, you name it. I would only hire people who were creative like that. Those who know how to take the words Panstar and turn them into:
Take a goofy name like Billious Fidderwilly and make it a common household image:
As far as customers go, I wont be picky but I would prefer the kind with money.
And believe it or not, I have yet to come up with my own company name. A few years back I had thought about the name Galaxy Designs but later found out it was taken by interior decorators and a furniture company. So I have no idea. I guess that's it. Hope that answers your question.
My question goes to Movie Master Gootch:
Since you seem to think you are a master of films, what then would you make a movie about? Famous actors or unknown people? What type of movie (comedy, action, love, cartoon, etc.)?

We'll see if the Gootch wants to answer his dusty old question and fire off the first new one, if he doesn't I'll just ask someone something to kick it off again.
in the meantime, more people should join, then we can update the active player list

In answer to the question, and I assume all responsibility for never answering this question. I can't believe how it stumped me.
The movie I'd want to make, or have made rather, would be to have Ken Burns convert David Halberstam's The Best and the Brightest into a documentary much the same way he did The Civil War and World War II. Wow I'd love that.
My next question goes to...
Pandora!
Pandora, what would it take for a guy like me to convince a girl like you to let me into the Mod Squad HQ for a day?
Edit: The stakes of the game are such that peeps have the right to pass on a question. But the original question giver gets to pick another person then.
For me, if anyone refuses to answer a question of mine I just won't ever ask them a question again. Yes, I really am vindictive like that.
