Time slipped in an out of reality with neutral grace. He didn't seem to care whether I lived or died. Watching me with empty eyes, I could feel Father Time glance over me. Just a casual thing really, as to note that my situation had not changed. Another mark in the book of Time, or was I even significant enough to be worthy of such a note?
Visions of flight enter into my mind. "Snap out of it!" I scold myself and smack my head. Lately I had been coming down with crazy visions of running out of this cave. Knowing each turn and twist. Where men stood and where they did not. Bounding into the forest and through the trees....running, panting, anger, rage.. "Crazy!" I would think to myself. "Not only have I lost my memory but I am to lose my mind as well!?"
Dreams, I assumed them to be nothing more than dreams really. Violently lashing out in fits of insanity while I slept. Bound my these damned unforgiving chains! Yes, that is what it must be, nothing more. That is quite enough one should think. Yes, yes, quite enough indeed. Why! Why do I constantly lay here and speak to myself!? I smack myself again in the head, then sit up on my knees and pound grimy fists into the cave floor. "Acursed flickering beasts!" I growl through clenched teeth at the torches. "Always dancing and teasing around me, you will have your day too. You will see, you all will see!" I rage within my own mind and grovel around the cave floor like some soup of maddness and metal.
--Purring--
"What is this new sound?" I quickly turn within my tangled mass and bound to all fours ready to spring. Muscles taut and firm, stressing under the pressure of instictual commands to obey and be ready. Sweat and stagnat water mix together streaming down the rivulets of my body. I narrow my eyes, squinting to see into the darkness beyond the aformentioned acursed torch's light. My sight adjusts and I see a shackled wolf ready to pounce. Drawing back instinctually I growl in warning, the wolf does the same. I raise a paw to wipe supposed confusion from my eyes, shake my head and look again. Shock floods over me in suprised horror and I quickly look back down to my hands....paws. With sudden terror I writhe back further until my chains snap taut. Lurching me to an abrupt hault and flattening me to the floor. Desperate moments pass but the other wolf doesn't move. It just sits and stares at me with hauntingly beautiful and deadly eyes.
--Purring--
Then the other starts to blur out of focus. I see a look of confusion on it's face, if a wolf can even have such a look. To my great dispair & furtherment of my insanity a large white house cat walks straight through the wolfs head towards me holding something in its mouth. The other wolf completely disapates and I strain backwards against the chains that are now cruelly binding me to my certain death. Already half dazed, starved and crazy, this new abonination was more than my fragil mind could handle. Some doom kitten come to lay waste to nature's cruel joke.
--Purring--
The cat sits down on it's haunches a few feet away from me. I would swear it was laughing at me. With a casual yet meaningful gesture he drops the object he was holding in his mouth on the cave floor. He then looks over towards the clasps of the shackles, and starts to turn around and pad away. Just before he is out of sight he turns back around and looks at me. My vision once again adjusts and I can clearly see a large menancing wolf desperately trying to run from an unsuspecting cat sitting in front of him. Bulging eyes and straining muscles, pulling and grinding against the chains. The vision fades as quickly as the cat does as the purring disapears around the cave wall. Total humiliation is all I feel at first but soon the realities of who and what I am begin to sink in. But nothing as Leopold had told me, nothing of the abomination, sickness or infection. I was a creature of beauty and power. I still didn't know how or why, or who I even was but I was about to find out.
My feelings of fear now quickly replaced with Time's bundled rage. I was still unaware of how I would change from man to animal, it seemed to work off of need. Either way, it was a human hand that now reached down and picked up a key off the floor and fit it into the clasp. With a rusty click the shackle popped open. I followed suit with the others and just like that, I was free.
An all too familiar howl once again filled the cave. Laced with power, revenge and glee, I knew that he knew I was free. How he knew probably had something to do with that cat. Either way..
I already knew exactly where I was going. Falling to the floor and bounding into a full sprint I tore from that prison cave at full speed. A ball of muscle and furry whipping through faster than the wind. Death had no hold on me and now I knew, instictually I just knew, I was already dead, a creature of the night yet something different. My sight was keen and my ears sharp. No opposition tried to bar my way as I ran through the cave. Soon the vision I knew must come did so. The mouth of the cave looming before me glowing like some summer sun with the twin fires ablaze. Two shiny armored guards just turning to the sound of the growling wind coming from behind them.
With firm determination I dig my claws deep into the cave floor & bolt straight forward into death's embrace. Gaping jaw set, glistening white teeth sheathed in saliva whipping back from the force and speed of my run I head straight towards the two shocked guardsmen.......

Darkness had finally fallen. Sabastian climbed from the carriage and gazed around. Tension filled the air of the city so much one could almost taste it. One of the shadows whispered in his ear of a war, hidden from most, that had come to this area. Hunter against hunter, no winners here..only death. He needed to find out what was going on, and that meant a visit to the town's prince. Unannounced visits were..frowned apon to say the least. There was as good a chance that he would be killed as there was that the prince would welcome him. Still, something was deffinately wrong here, and it was more then just the senseless deaths.
The shadows guided his step, leading him to the dwelling of the vampire in charge of this area. He stood outside for a bit, then squared his shoulders ... and knocked.

As Agrelius, Dion, and Alcander arrived at the house, they found it in flames. Dion fell to his knees and wept as Alcander attempted to comfort him. Agrelius thought he could hear muffled screaming inside the ruined house, so he charged in, picking up a sharp piece of broken wood for protection. Inside, he saw Fotini's corpse, pierced by broken wood. Tears filled up Agrelius's eyes, but he had to go on. Eventually, he reached the kitchen and found Sevasti struggling against a dark opponent.
"Sevasti, get out of here!" yelled Agrelius to her urgently.
Sevasti looked at him briefly, but not before her opponent grabbed her and held a knife to her neck. Agrelius hid the wooden stake behind his body as the stranger spoke.
"Surrender to us, and we will let this mortal live!" spoke the man in an unearthly voice.
"Fine..." said Agrelius as the man pushed Sevasti aside. As soon as he did that, Agrelius drove the stake into the man's chest. He screamed in a voice that was not of this world as his body was turned to ashes.
"Sevasti! Let's go!" yelled Agrelius to Sevasti as they charged out of the house into the night.
Once they were outside, they were greeted by Dion and Alcander's corpse and another dark stranger. Agrelius got in front of Sevasti, holding the stake in front of him. The stranger merely smiled and said, "We do not wish to kill you, Agrelius. Only for you to come with us to unlock what secrets you hide."
"Secrets? What secrets!?" said Agrelius to the man.
"Well, if you want to find out, then come along." said the man as he smiled cruelly, "unless of course, you wish your girl to be impaled upon a stake. Either way, we will get whatever secrets your hide within your- ahhhhh!!!!!!"
Agrelius stabbed the man with a stake by throwing it through his chest. As the man's arms were folded casually, he had no time to dodge or block the oncoming projectile.
"Quick! To the stables!" said Sevasti as they both hurtled towards the stables were the horse was kept. They freed the horse from the stables, jumped upon him, and rode him throughout the night away from the burning inferno...

The scent
What scent? I must be going mad!
Its bad very bad investigating is best
Bad? What do you mean bad?
This was crazy! He was debating with himself. He stepped out of the cave and walked through the water fall. He howled toward the moon and his body began to change. He felt the creeping sensation that his hair was steadily growing. His fangs were elongating ever so slightly while his back was starting to lean forward with his hands turning to paws.
All his clothes eased of as they were larger than the wolf that had earlier been Angelito.
He felt wonderful like he had been lifted of chains that weigh thousands of pounds. His howl became allot more wolfish when he tried it out again.
Awooooo!
Angelito started running down the slope. He went in great leaps with no need to run in a continuous foot paddle. He was light as a feather, the wind blowing fully through his fur.
The house was perfectly calm but not right at all. Angelito stopped and went up onto his hind legs. His parents were gearing up.
"I am glad you have decided to join in our service once more" said emerald green figure.
"As i promised your son and house will be left untouched and the reward is up in your bedroom. Come, we go!" said the green robed man walking out of the room.
Angelito had an idea. He would not return to his parents anytime soon and he had been given an allowance but Angelito had never got to spend it.
Changing back into an almost human form he climbed up through the window of his room. The space under Angelitos bed contained many of his favorite items. He took the money and realizing he had no pockets took a pouch and wrapped it around himself. Then he found hi baby toof. It was allot more wolfish than he remembered. He decided to take it.
After going out the window and turning to a wolf(his pouch had somehow adapted to his current shape) and ran down the road to the nearest village. As he figured it it was time to go spend his small fortune.

Agrelius and Sevasti rode throughout the night, keeping close to the moonlit road, not wishing to venture into the darkness where the creatures could ambush them. Soon, it became morning, and they decided that they needed to rest and recover the previous bloody night. Agrelius decided that they should keep going until they come upon an inn or village. And so they did. At midday, they came upon a quaint village where they hoped to rest until they could figure something out...

Trees, bushes and an odd farm or two flew by as a man, a horse and a wolf thundered through the countryside. Sharats, without a doubt, was able to gallop through the thickest woods, but Marko still preferred the road. Though most roads were controlled by the Turks, it was still far quicker that way… and Marko was not known to avoid battles.
The silence of the night, broken only by the sound of Sharats’ hooves stomping heavily upon the ground, was suddenly shattered by yells and screams coming from somewhere up ahead. A village laid along the way, and it shined with light – light too strong for a few torches that usually kept away the wolves at nighttime. Too much smoke, too.
“Fire!” Marko yelled as he halted Sharats to gain a view of the situation. Dragomir, too, stopped and glanced at the inferno down the road. Several shadows were apparent in contrast with the flames. In front of it; around it… Some were laying on the ground, some were still standing, hunched, beaten. Curved blades flashed silverly several times, as bits were cut off of some of the shades.
“Turks!” Marko hissed. “Turkish raiders!”
“Marko…” Dragomir said. In his fury, Marko did not even notice him return to his human form. “It is foolish to charge them from here. We are too far away, they would have the time to prepare.” He could see Marko hardly managing to control his rage. He knew this conflict would not be avoided. So he might as well play along… it has been a while since the last hunt. “Follow me.”
He turned and glided into the forest. Sharats followed him with Marko upon him, as if aware that this is the right choice. After several hundreds of meters of silent yet swift movement, they stood hidden among the bushes at the edge of the woods, watching the village. The bulk of the Ottoman raiding party seemed to be stationed there, about two dozens of men. Some had their weapons at the ready and were overseeing the prisoners, others were rummaging through looted goods, but they were all gathered there, at one flat, clear spot.
An old man was dragged before the Turkish officer. His clothes were ripped, his body beaten, but he still managed to seem defiant.
“Is that the head of the village?” the officer asked the soldiers who brought him. They nodded.
“Look at your village, old man. Look at it. Fragile like a twig under a horse’s charge. Look at your land. You are shattered, your people are conquered. You have fought your battles, and lost.”
The man stared down.
“So why is it,” the officer continued, “that you continue to oppose us? Why do you defy the powers far greater than any of you could ever dream of? Why is it, that you risked the lives of everyone in this pitiful heap of shacks you call a village, sheltering rebels and brigands, refusing to pay tribute, and spreading rumours of resistance?”
The old man still stood quiet as a hollow cave. The frightened looks of several surviving villagers banded together by the soldiers nearby followed the conversation breathlessly.
The officir frowned.
“Tell me where the brigands are hiding and I will let you live.”
The air was filled with the sound of burning wood, and nothing more.
“Very well,” the officir said after a pause. He turned around and approached a fair girl of her 15 or 16 years which was held a few meters further from the rest of the villagers. “What is your name?”
“K… Katarina,” she stuttered.
“I have noticed, Katarina, that you are the only one in this village that after all this, does not seem dirty, ripped, beaten and repulsive. This will change. Know, when the pain reaches it’s peak, that your dearest father brought this on you.” He then turned to the soldiers and coldly said, “Enjoy yourselves” after turning back around.
The head of the village opened his eyes wide, roared and tried in vain to break free from the two soldiers that held him.
“YOU BASTARDS!” was the only thing clear enough in his desperate yells as a soldier ripped the girl’s clothes apart, and put his arms upon her pale breasts. The captured villagers looked away, trying to neither see nor hear the sight.
“You should have known better, old man! Your leaders did!” the officer shouted at the struggling man. “If they have come to accept the Sultan as their ruler, who are you to claim otherwise? Does your God not know of hierarchy and subordination?”
A howl was heard as a massive object of wood and metal ripped the air and flew by, over an impossible distance, finally landing – with an unpleasant, cracking sound – in the back of one of the soldiers gathered around the frightened girl. His body split in two as his entrails splashed across his immediate vicinity, covering several of other soldiers with blood and shattered bones. Six-feather landed heavily into the earth, shaking the ground under the feet of the Turks around it.
A huge, menacing steed walked out of the forest, mounted by a mountain of a man, whose eyes gleamed with unstoppable and infernal wrath as a voice thundered:
“I know not what God knows about... But I shall see to it that you may ask him yourself.”
The officir was startled, but quickly came to his senses as much as humanely possible.
“Brigands! Ready yourselves, men!” he yelled, as he started retreating hurriedly toward the rest of his troops. The two soldiers holding the old man quickly let go of him and pulled out their sabers, only to be pinned down by a raging wolf-like beast which leaped out from the vegetation at their rear.
Paying no attention to the sounds of ripped flesh and agonizing cries beneath, Sharats jumped across the bestial scene and landed just in front of the main bulk of the frightened raiders.
“Attack! Hold them off!” the officer yelled hysterically, somewhere from the back of the regiment. Sharats hissed viciously and pushed forward as Marko ordered it to charge, but having thrown Six-feather, he was unarmed – and this is what gave some of the braver Turks the will to draw their blades and attack back. A spear was plunged into Sharats, only to be broken and the spearman trampled beneath the hooves of the ghoul-horse. Marko, furiously using all his knowledge in the Kindred disciplines of Potence and Fortitude, grabbed two Turks who were trying to pull him off the horse by their necks. Ripping out the throat from the first one, and violently plunging his thirsty teeth in the second, he felt gargantuan, unholy satisfaction which had always repulsed him… but which was still too sweet to pass in battles.
This is what he was. His truest nature; the only thing he could not fight. One may deny it as much as he’d like, but an enemy beneath, a beast within and an eternity ahead…
That is what made this curse so divine.

As Agrelius and Sevasti reached the village, they noticed empty streets and bolted doors, as if the villagers were expecting an attack or something of that sort. Agrelius would have readied his weapon, if he had one, but being unarmed, all he could do is to be alert and cautious of the surrounding shadows. Sevasti was asleep with her arms wrapped around Agrelius's waist, for sorrow and exhaustion had taken a grievous toll upon her.
As Agrelius turned the horse into the main street, he noticed a figure at the far end of it. It seemed to look like a young boy, but had the physique of a much stronger entity. Agrelius, wary of the danger the person may posses, readied the horse for escape. However, the person did not charge, run away, of do anything that the creatures from the previous night would have done. Instead, he just yelled out, "Hello?! Is anybody here?!"
Agrelius had the horse trot over to where the boy was and was about to reply to the boy when a man from one of the houses burst out with a woodcutting ax and yell, "Who are you and what do you want?!"
Several other villagers came out of their houses with some sort of makeshift weapon, cautious of any danger that could harm them.
Agrelius answered with a,"I am Agrelius Fransisco Montressi, and this is Sevasti Demopoulos. We are here to stay the night."
The man replied by saying,"Where have you come from?!"
"South, near the coastline."
The man talked with a couple other people and then said, "Are you Ottoman?"
"No, I am Italian by birth and location and Sevasti is Greek to my knowledge."
"To your knowledge?"
"I have only met her two days ago. However, due to some...problems, we have been forced to band together."
"What problems?"
"Her house, the inn I was staying at, was destroyed..."
"By what?"
"A...fire"
"So know she has to go with you, a guest?"
"I'm afraid so..."
"You may stay here for the night, but if any Ottomans come this night, your head is mine. Do you understand?!"
"Yes, thank you very much."
"Okay, well there is a stable over there by that tavern. They have rooms for you." said the man as he pointed at a wooden building to Agrelius's left.
"Thank you, sir"
"You came here to rest, not to chat, so move along..."
As Agrelius steered the horse towards the stables, he took a final look at the figure that he saw earlier. He was not there anymore...

Angelito was breathing hard. Though he had rested on the way there but it was very tiring. When he reached the town it was not so full of life as he remembered.
Night was settling when he reached the outskirts of the town. He was changing shape back into human form but he realized he was naked. He ducked back into the shadow. He had almost be seen by a visitor who was ,as it seemed, in distress.
There need to be some clothes lying around here!
A wind swept by and he shivered. He decided to shift to wolf form for comfort.
His journey had been quite pleasant and he had burned what seemed excess energy from his whole life.
Angelito curled up in a bush and fell asleep.
Until the roosters call had knocked him back into a half-conscious state.

Agrelius woke up before the rooster's call by falling out of his small bed. Climbing off the hard wooden floor, he noticed that Sevasti was still asleep, but seemed uncomfortable due to the lack warmth provided by the blankets. Agrelius, being the nice gentleman, placed his own blanket upon her therefore making her more comforted. She would need comfort after what happened two nights before.
Agrelius went downstairs to the main common room of the tavern. Having no money, he could not buy food or drink for himself or Sevasti. Instead, he decided to get water from the local well, and if he was lucky, find food.
As he closed the door behind him, going outside, he remembered the person he saw the night before. Attempting to forget it, he walked over to the well to gain water when he suddenly noticed that he had nothing to contain the water in. He slumped over at the side of the well, defeated by his unfortunate circumstances yet again.
It was just then, that he saw a wolf curled up in a secluded corner next to where he was. He also saw a pouch around the wolf's waist. Thinking that it may contain money, Agrelius crept towards the wolf, intending to steal it. After all, what use did a wolf need of money?
It was then, at the worst of moments, when Agrelius was right next to the wolf, that the rooster called. Then with a yawn, the wolf woke up, blinking its dark eyes at Agrelius's astonished face...

Angelito was half awake. He stretched yawning as much as his new jaws permitted and then saw a man approaching him.
He jumped back twirling in mid air then landed to face the stranger.
Angelito had not figured out yet how to growl so he just whined and stepped back.
He dared not bark and wake the towns folk so he kept quiet. His soft tail hit the cliff wall which was hard and shooth then he touched wood.
He was cornered!
Though the stranger had not stepped forward and simply watched him with gaping jaws.
Out of his sheer desperation Angelito charged the man. Running again in smooth leaps he put more power behind his rear legs and bent his front paws he managed to jump on the stranger who was too shocked to draw his weapon.
Not waiting for him to recover he ran in the direction of the well and jumped on a small boulder and propelled himself... *Crunch*.
strait into the rim of the well and limply dropped down.
There was a wooden thud and Angelito had landed into a bucket that was half suspended between water and the surface.

Agrelius was lying on his back with a spade in his hand. He immediatly got up and looked for the wolf that had jumped on him and fled. After searching for a while, he gave up and slumped over at the side of the well when he heard whimpering from inside. Agrelius looked over and saw the wolf being trapped in the suspended bucket. Agrelius chuckled slightly, and raised the bucket up with the pulley on the side of the well. Soon, the bucket was raised up to the top of the well, but not so far up as the villagers could see the wolf. With the wolf being hurt and exhausted, Agrelius snatched up the money and went back into the tavern, leaving the tired wolf panting in the bucket.

Angelito raised himself out of the well. A bruise on his head gave him such a headache he stumbled every second step he took. Finally he fell down in the sand. As he lay there breathing hard he felt gentle hands touch him and picked him up. He lost consciousness there after.

"You what!?" Agrelius yelled as he looked at the wolf sleeping on his bed with Sevasti petting its furry head.
"I couldn't just leave it there! The villagers would have killed it!" replied Sevasti argumentatively.
"And for a good reason! I have dealt with wolves before, they don't take kindly to those that smell different!"
"I have dealt with them too, and they can be very nice too!"
"Arrgghhh! Fine, you can keep the wolf for now, but when we leave, it'll either have to stay behind or keep up with Agatha!"
Agatha was the name that Sevasti gave the horse when she was tired of hearing Agrelius keep calling it 'horse'. Since then, Agrelius has managed to call it Agatha without a problem.
"Well, he's a wolf, I'm sure he can keep up!"
"A wolf's strength lies in its endurance, not its speed. It'd be hard on the wolf for it to keep up with Agatha."
"We'll see. Anyways, what should we name him?" asked Sevasti as she petted the wolf's head.
"First, the horse! Now, the wolf! I'm not going to have an animal naming society here!"
"So you are just going to keep calling it wolf?"
"Yes, I am!" said Agrelius defiantly.
"Well, I am going to name it...actually, since Agatha is a Greek name, why don't we name the wolf an Italian name?"
"Because, we're not keeping him!"
"Yes, we are! And I thought we have already established that! Anyways, how about...Leonardo?"
Agrelius slapped his forehead with his palm, turned around, and walked out of the room, cursing as he went.

Several days later, Hungary
Wulfstan looked at the sky. The moon was incredibly red, and the stars were shining brightly.
"I wonder... Why the hell didn't I traveled to Spain, but turned to Hungary instead? There is something... disturbing. What am i suppose to do here..?"
- Hey you!- one of the two patroling soldiers shouted. From their appearance Wulfstan guessed that they were marauders.- This road is taxed! Pay 250 ducats, and you're free to go
- Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know- his hand gripped the hilt of his blade.- Tax this! Shimabara batoriuu. Two silver flashes sliced the air and
the ronin fell without releasing any sound. Wulfstan looked at two headless corpses. Blood dripped from his sword. Wulfstan cleaned it and kneeled to feed.
A wolf howled nearby.

As the door opened a monster of a man stood in the doorway. Sabastian was not small by any means, and he was forced to look up. "Ah, you must be the one the Master expects. Do come in." the mountain of a man moved aside. Sabastian feared nothing and even he was a little intimedated by the man. As he entered the shadows explained that they had made all the neccessary arrangements. The Prince would listen for now...
He was escorted to the prince, and they had a long and deep conversation. Hours passed. A few hours before dawn they had completed their 'negotiation'. He had been briefed on what had transpired, and convinced the prince to use more stealth then brute force in the investigations. He still had little to go on, but he had to find shelter before the dawn.
Walking outside, the shadows suddenly went crazy. He was not alone...

As always, the first thing Joseph did when he arrived to a new place was check for news and valuable info. You never know when something useful might pop up. The best place to find such information was off course the prince's estate. Naturally, being a Caitiff, Joseph could not ask audience from the prince himself, especially in this Sabbath dominated land. On the other hand, being a Caitiff he found a way around this problem a long time ago. The trick was to find the right target, someone close to the prince - a servant or preferably a young noble, someone who hears all the rumors going on in the estate, but feeble minded enough to submit to Joseph's Domination discipline. Finding such a target was a matter of experience and that was something Joseph Steinman had a lot of.
As he approached the outer gate, wearing his brown cloak with his hood shadowing most of his face, a sentry men blocked his pass:
"Name yourself and state your business here!"
A pair of old wise eyes gleamed at the two from under the hood.
"You do not need to know my name orh intentions. You will let me in and forhget about me."
After a short battle of will the sentry man stood aside and Joseph walked in undisturbed. He quickly headed towards the staff entrance and began scurrying the place for potential informants. It took quite a few hours, but at last he was content with the amount of knowledge he had gained. Something interesting was happening in this country, something strange. And he knew that, as always in such situations, if he played his cards right he could gain a lot from it.
Silent and unnoticed he made his way outside when something made him stop. His 6th sense, enhanced by the Alertness discipline, screamed in warning. There was something in the shadows... no, not in the shadows... something about the shadows themselves. His instincts told to jump into the dark and hide, but his mind quickly subdued this primal reaction - if there was a shadow manipulator around, hiding in the shadows was far from wise.
Straying his alertness abilities, Joseph tried to locate the aura of this potential threat, searching every inch of the shadows around him and finally there it was... a powerful, yet somehow unstable aura coming from the shade. Joseph strained his mind and his body, preparing to defend himself if needed and turned in the direction of this newly detected aura. Running was clearly of no use as the barely visible figure was already watching him. The only question that remained was: what will this figure do next...

Shadows screamed at Sabastian to destroy first, ask questions later. Somebody had detected them, and the shadows preferred to remain hidden.it was after all what they did best. Sabastian slammed shut his mind to the voices, quieting them..for now. Gathering them close, just in case, he strode toward the individual with purpose.
"Not many know I am somewhere unless I want them to. You have some skill. We seem to have both chose to visit the prince this night, but I do not know you." It would be obvious to a wall that he was ready to react in a moments notice if needed. Curious as to why this person too sought the prince, he wondered if perhaps this man was one of the enemy.
Despite him silencing the shadows, faint whispers of "Kill him.." and "He is too dangerous to live." still managed to get through. He knew that the shadows that aided him were not mere shadows, but something much older. They did tend to exaggerate however.

(POST PEOPLE!!!)
Agrelius walked across the street to a shop for supplies. After he purchased a couple of waterskins, some dried meat, a dagger, and new clothes using the wolf's money, he went back to his room at the inn only to find the Wolf on the bed with bared fangs and glaring eyes. Agrelius knew he hadn't been spotted yet, but he wasn't willing to take chances. He pulled out his dagger and rushed at the wolf, but it pounced on him and knocked the knife away. However, it did not seem as if it wanted to really hurt him. It backed away whilst cowing its head and whimpering slightly. Agrelius had dealt with wolves before and knew how they looked when hungry and he concluded that the wolf in front of him was very hungry. Agrelius slowly took out his rucksack and took out a couple of long strips of meat and handed it to the wolf. It snatched it up hungrily and chewed it down. Sevasti just then entered the room and noticing Agrelius feed the wolf she said, "See, Agrelius! I knew you'd get used to him!"
Agrelius merely smiled.

When Angelito had woken he felt that he was being stroked gently. He was to tired to do much then lie there and let it go on. But as the feeling in his body returned he was woken to the events that had just taken place. As the stroking stopped Angelito saw the slim body of a girl pass by him and he got up to smell out the man that had taken his money.
He smelled ash and soot. His fur bristled when the door opened.
He saw the man walk in with a dagger and stepped back whining.
The man threw a small piece of meat to him and ate gratefully.
Only then he realized that he probably bought it with his money and he eyed the man named Agrelius warily.
The girl sat on the bed and patted Angelito gently.
(happy now bernie?)

"We should go soon." said Agrelius to Sevasti as she was petting the wolf.
"But where to?" she replied.
"My father had a friend in Wallachia. I'm not sure if he is still there, but we must hope."
"But that is miles away!"
"Of course, if you'd rather prefer to stay here and get slaughtered by Ottomans or worse then be my guest."
Sevasti glared at Agrelius with her mouth open. The wolf seemed to have its dark eyes fixed on him too.
"How could you say that?" said Sevasti sternly.
"Hey! I'm just stating the facts here! Don't blame me for our current situation!" replied Agrelius defensively.
Sevasti then just stormed out of the room, crying as she went.
"Women..." muttered Agrelius as he changed into new clothes, tossing the old ones on the bed next to the wolf. Then Agrelius walked out of the room trying to apologize to Sevasti, leaving the wolf in the room by himself...
