My Heroes 5 TotE did not come with an install key!!!
Although the game didn't need it to install, I can't find a way to play online!
Someone, PLEASE tell me what to DO!

First page of your manual.. Though it is still possible to play without an online key, check the multiplayer guide sticky.

Look inside and outside of the manual that was given with the game. Is it on th cover? Yes, then it's that first page. Is it on the inside? Yes, then it's that first page, just look and think on your own for at least 1%, before you get here, please! 
If it's not in the manual at all, then come back, but I think elvin said that there's a thread about multiplayers that can help you around here

I don't see the online code anywhere, and where it says install key there is nothing there!

il walk you through this and insult your intelligence while im at it
1. open case that Homm Tote came with.
2. Take out book
3. look on the back
4. Enter install key when it will ask you for the online one.
To my knowledge its the same as online key

Also, I already said that where it says install key there is NOTHING THERE!

As far as I know there is absolutely no chance not to find the online key in the manual, you must have missed it. Or you are hoping that someone else will give it to you

Is the code all numbers or does it also have letters? How many numbers/letters are in the code?

In my European version, it's clearly seen on the manual's front cover - that applies to vanilla, HoF and TotE.
It's in this format:
xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
where x is a random letter or number (only the first three x's aren't random).
What version do you own, i.e. country-wise? In other words, where did you buy your game?

it's spelt Eh! with the exclamation mark.
TOTE should have the key in the back side of the manual mine is under a coupon for free 2 day shipping, if it is not contact UBI, they will have you mail them the disk and manual and send you a new copy. it's a pain but thats the only way.

"Finding your key" for DUMMIES!!!
Hey, since you can't see it, I'll give you a hint where it is, here is the best guide for finding your H5 key. I'm using my oun H5 1.0 box to show you. Enjoy:
First step, take your H5 box, like the guy here:
Second step, open your H5 box like it's shown on the pic:
Third step, take the book out of the box like here:
Fourth step, look where my finger is pointing on the photo:
 Congratulations! You just have found you H5 key and you can play online!
