Dude the more I read your judgeings the less I think you have an actual system for grading those .

ehm... what? Will you actually look at the picture Zen made? The huge treants, the big angle the arrival at the lake and that stunning godess oO? And you give him TWO minus points for a "broad angle". I have to stop elaborating on this but instead of looking at the guy posting and then giving it a score you might want to look at the actual picture...
Don't get me wrong. You're doing a good job with this, you give interesting ques and are the "father" of this idea etc. but focusing a bit more on an actual objective Judgement will make this more fun for both the participants and the people watching this (which are quite a few).

Ok, ok I get that its very hard to make such a scene and all the work anims and moding should be considered.
But i have been having trouble deciding...
And just giving zen an extra point makes it seem um... How can i put this?

Il give zen a chance to get top place. If he can capture the scene in a different, and more interesting angle he may gain one or two extra points. Knocking Elvin or Mamga out of theyre place. (If Zen gets 2 points Elvin gets -2 points, and if zen gets 1 point than mamga gets -1 point)
But if Zen doesent want to be mean to anyone he can get +1 point and everyone elses score stays the same.
[Im not trying to be mean, it just makes it more exciting imo  ]

No offense but your judgement stinks. Grading is supposed to be in the existing pics because otherwise others may ask for another chance to and that wrecks the whole idea. Secondly why the heck would another lose points to zenithale? That's ridiculous. Finally you don't even have a cohesive rating system, I suggest you try one or appoint someone else to be a judge. I would suggest making it to a scale of 10 but seeing how there are issues with a scale of 5 you would only make things worse.

Another thing you could do is that if you think something definitely deserves a 5 yet there is another even better you could give a max of 6. Or give/subtract 0.5.

Thanks for your kind comments. 
I will not capture the scene in a different angle. Here we can see:
1) the waterfalls
2) the shelter in the trees (top-right)
3) the beautiful godess
4) the well-ordered elfs
5) the 2 funny blade-dancers (bottom-right, which are running to see the godess)
6) the Treant ancien, which is praying (rooted stance)
7) the shrine (to invoke the godess)
8) the sky (with a lot of clouds --> storm soon?)
I really like this picture.

Granted, my judgment skills stink
Also grading scale change is a good idea. That means score should be changed for previous rounds too...
i will send an hcm to the person i shall apoint as judge but i am still in charge of the idea for next round.

Not quite phoenix. It's a very fun game indeed but once you make it a competition you own people fair and logical judgement because if you don't it does take the fun out of it. And it would be really sad if people would lose motivation while they're doing so great a job (everybody).

btw could someone explain to me how you capture a screenshot from the game and paste it in the forums?

ouch, that's harsh! if i were carcity right now, i would be hiding in a cardboard box somewhere; but seriously it wasn't that bad... except the trees kind of looked like treants that had just wandered over to a particular location and taken roots.

you press the print screen button, copy paste it into paint, saves the image and then upload it to photobucket before posting it.
and about that comment, I didn't think of it as harsh, he simply expressed his opinion, and I didn't think the image was that good anyway.

the whirlwind ended up a bit wierd though.

NOOOO It's because of the angle, if you take the shot from higher it will look normal.

Oh please lucky try to understand. This is not how judgeing works. The judges are supposed to be absolute in their decision but they also have to make their decision based on commonly understood rules.
As things are now we have a soccer game where the referee gives a penalty to the team that shouts the loudest. That's not how things should work, is it?

You could try taking into account the following.
How well it captures the theme.
Level of detail.
Inspiration.
Camera angle - a wrong angle can seriously diminish a picture's potential.
Cohesion- where some place objects randomly, often not matching with the whole picture others make everything work in harmony.
Extras such as animations.
Etc.
