Go to a down home bar-b-que in the south.  Maybe even visit New Orleans for some Cajun.   Geesh I wish I could eat that stuff still.  Thanks to heredity my stomach gets angry at me for eating more then a couple ounces of even rabbit food anymore. .

Cajun Chicken, Corn on the cob with butter, mash potatoes with gravy..mmmmm now them good eats.

Yeah, unfortunately America doesn't have much of a cheese culture. (No pun intended.)

*Mega Bump*

OK, my German-speaking friends, I have a question. There's a German restaurant near me that serves something called Tiroler Schnitzel. I'm assuming this must be originated from Tirol, Austria. Anyway, it's different from all the other schnitzels at the restaurant, in that it appears to be made with minced or ground meat rather than a single pounded piece of meat (no jokes please). Is this truly an authentic dish from the Tirol region? I (briefly) looked around the internet and couldn't find a whole lot. Someone tell me more about this awesome dish. It's like flattened, fried meatloaf.

Old thread. Mytical was still alive.

Horchata is awesome (and cheap). It's a simple Latin American beverage they started selling in a nearby supermarket.

Milk / Rice Milk / Cinnamon. I inhaled it. So refreshing. The carton picture shows it with ice cubes, which is totally weird, at least in this country. You don't put ice in dairy. I already love the taste of pure rice milk, but I think an unenlightened non-rice milk lover would still like it.

I bet you could make some tasty mixed drinks with it too. Whiskey I think.

Cherry Garcia is still the greatest Ben & Jerry's flavor ever, but the new "Save Our Swirled" is pretty awesome. Raspberry with Marshmallow & Raspberry Swirls, Dark & White Fudge Chunks. So good.

Went out to read in a park for a few hours, on my way home I went into Japo ramen restaurant ordering sake and karamiso ramen. God both were superb, tho prolly should've ordered a non spicy ramen (my intestines feel like on fire and I was weeping half the time, that said it was delish).

The sake tasted cherry petals in water (how I'd imagine the flavour), so delicate and fine.
