Movement penalty
My roommate and I came up with a idea for heroes 5.
We wanted to imposed a movement penalty on a hero depending on how big their army was, to try to make it so all our heroes games didn;t end with the typical my entire army vs your entire army. We were thinking something like:
if you army is XXX size, by adding all total HP you get 10% move penalty
if its YYY then its 20%
and so on.
Does anyone have an idea how to do this or if its even possible?

Can you imagine sieging a late game castle like that? Moving in armies with 5 heroes because one would be stuck in place, giving the opponent time to buy more units.
I don't think it's a good idea

I think the max penalty I would give would be like 50%. It just makes is so if you want a fast striking hero army you have to make it small like maybe 1 or 2 weeks production, while a larger army would move much slower but give you more atk power like in real life, big armies move slowly. It would make it so you would not want to just put all of you armies into 1 hero like most people do and then have but be game over once he loses. I would like to have a couple of medium size battles to determine the winner unlike what it usually is, which is 1 huge big.

I find bad this idea as well.
About me, Logistic is already a problem in H5 especially in huge maps.
Even with traveller and boot of speeds, it's suffering to walk between lands.
Then I dont plan to use an "add penality" mod to it.

Well I am not asking if its a good idea or not,
I am just asking for advice on how to go about doing it, as far as I can tell I can't find any sort of mechanic to use to do it.
