That has need of someone who is enough interested by Duel Presets...
Personnaly I never use or play with Dual Preset...but you could ask to Zenithale if you want, she very likes Dual Presets.

it isn't hard to do but it is tedious.
the only files you need to modify are in :
Data.pak/Maps/DuelMode/Heroes/
The official IDs can be found in :
Date.pak/GameMechanics/RefTables/
