Agreed Mvass's last post here.
Imigrants from muslim countries(and China) are a cheap workforce. Companies hire them thus leaving people(hard working workers e.g. builders) of <insert country name here> basically jobless.

In addition, sometimes this work force actually provides the intended service - Mexicans for America, Indians for Britain, etc. However, sometimes they just sit around and/or destroy things. African Americans for America (real Africans are OK, they assimilate quickly - it's just the ones descended from slaves I'm talking about), Fijians for Britain, and soon - Turks for Germany. So not only have you ruined your job market, you've trashed your cities and scarred your culture.

Nothing wrong with that in general. I'm not against immigrants coming to America, working hard, and moving up in life. What I'm against is them coming here and having a bunch of kids who end up in gangs - and then having race riots and demanding affirmative action to help minorities get ahead in life.

Dude if I were descended from people you used as slaves 150 years ago, I'd make sure to trash your "culture" too.
Now I AM getting angry. Such right **** makes me wanna scream...more than 2000, welll much more than 3000 years of documented human history, and haven't we learned ANYTHING?
Sorry guy (not baklava teh other one), but that's a dumb statement, especially the part with the slaves... I mean. "Hey we opressed this people for about 200 (?) years, than we're so "generous" to "free" them and now THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE LIKE US?!?" (Sorry for teh slight sarkasm here)
...I just do not understand...what has to happen until people with those thoughts have insight...hate is of no use! ... of course, that counts for the other side as well!!!

I did consider how they got there in the first place. Slavery is the major reason why the American blacks never assimilated. It set off a chain reaction of xenophobia that spiraled out of control. Regular Africans don't have to deal with this, so they grow up sane. Not genetically angry. Just a product of their culture. You can tell because a lot of blacks act white and you'd never know different unless you saw them.

Christians were once (1000s-1700s) as bad as Muslims are today . However, today they have mostly grown out of that childish behavior. Islam is a much younger religion. They have just entered the stage that Christianity already dealt with. It will be a long time before they cool down, but eventually, they will. It happens to every religion.

I disagree only in one small detail. It is NOT the religion. Ask most Muslims what they believe, and they say Killing others is NOT in the Koran. It is the people in the religion that are twisting it and using it for their own agenda.

I'm descended from serfs - basically slaves. Yet I have no desire to trash Russian culture.

Look, not a single African-American former slave is alive today. Not one. They are DESCENDANTS of slaves. People should not get privileges based on who their ancestors were. And remember that even during segregation, blacks made efforts to integrate - but then came the black power movement.

That was a direct response to the guy claiming how black people (which they brought as slaves in the first place) are destroying their oh so great and ancient culture created two centuries ago on the basis of slaughtering the natives and bringing slaves from across the sea.
Dunno what you've learned but I've learned that people who are getting angry in internet discussions generally need to socialize more.
