Her parents love me. I kind of made it clear to her that I'm not in the mood to play games so she had better tell her parents that she's going out with someone so I don't have to do any sneaking around.
Turns out her father wanted to meet me right away and somehow in our conversation he mentioned that he was a retired military man and then afterwards got up to leave because he was going to the shooting range.
Her parents are divorced so I haven't met her real mom yet. Just her step mom. I get to meet the Asian mommy on Thursday.
Oh and as far as someone from India, yes, the technical term would be to call them Indian even though most Americans call the Native Americans "Indians". All thanks to Christopher Columbus.

Dumb question: Chineese people aren't that "GET THE RIGHT HUSBAND OR WE SHALL CRUSIFY YOU" like are they? That is only Indian, middle eastern countries and some few others.

She's only half Chinese. Her father is Chinese and her mother is Korean. She was born in America and her father's new wife is a white lady so I think I'm all in the clear as far as "stick to your own culture" is concerned.
