Yeah that's called noise, it's caused by a poor or small sensor (cellphones or even compact cameras but much less) and/or high sensitivity (ISO).

Also are you sure the second pic is wrong? Didn't you tilt in the same direction? That would be correct given that it's a mirror and not a 180 degree rotation.

I love shirts.. Err I guess they are checked.. The black one is REALLY old (okay a year!) - the purple is brand new and the Blue/brown is from this summer It is just fashion

pretty cool pictures, except the red eyes. the 2nd one seems of less good quality.
it's weird on the 1st picture, looks like there is a white arrow pointing at the father

The second picture is in worse quality. But it is three different events = three different cameras
