Black magic, the tears of a thousand bitter virgins and this thing called a "Growth spurt." Looks nice Xerox. I think a better translation would be, "Don't we run our own lives better?", "Can't we make our own decisions?" or "Aren't our decisions better?" Any one of those three gets across the same meaning (I think) and flows a bit better in English.

The school photographer took the picture. I photoshopped it a bit by removing a spot and adding some colour to the hair (itīs almost gray IRL). I hate my nose and I think Iīll have a surgery in the future. I'm also blind as a bat so I should probably start using glasses in my future press photos.

That does sound a lot better. I'm experimenting on some "punch lines" because the one I use now doesnīt flow very well in Swedish either. x)
