Quote: ...that sentence is so sad. Care to explain the "being" immortalized? Do you actually have any idea what Dante's Comedy is. If you do, you should see how such a game is basically just ripping off a big name and destroying everything "The Divine Comedy" stands for.
What the hell is going on with you. You have such a short temper, and an even worse negotiative approach. Take to your sense, Azagal, how many people have actually read the Divine Comedy, myself being one of the minority that have? It is a great trilogy, but its lied about all the time, stereotyped even more, and still has the reputation it does. A game will have twisted the trilogy but it will bring people to read it just to know what is right and not. Please do not attack me again, for I have an opinion, and the last time I checked, its entitled to everyone.

Anyone catch GameInformer's latest article on the Inferno? I have to say, I am quite enticed. God of War in another setting just makes the whole genre of God-War all the better. I can't wait to see some in-game vids on this stuff.

Actually this game is the only action game I won't be getting next year. I doubt most of you heard of it, but I already got one of the best action games I've played Bayonetta and God of War 3 is incoming.

OH, yes, I have heard of Bayonetta, its so freaking sweet, very kick-a and, of course, God of War 3 is coming. But, you can never have enough freaking killing of the divine or the damned. I think I'll just play both anyway, to make sure I have stuff to do

Well, they aren't exactly destroying Dante's Inferno, more like translating the allegory into game format. And since the original poem is 100 percent allegory, it could most definitely be changed yet stay with the main ideas and philosophies that built up Divine Comedy.

The description of the sins makes me happy, let's see if I can find it...
"...Lust is filled with temptresses - naked, hyper-sexualized female demons that attack Dante with strange claws extending from body parts most games never reference...These writhing, moaning mistresses attack Dante with their sexuality quite literally, and in the context of a game exploring a man struggling against sin, it makes sense." -Quoted from GameInformer #200
