Since nobody is wanting to be brave enough to post first..I will. Today I am choosing to only comment on Joonasto.
Best Feature - Respectful. No matter if he agrees with you or not, he is ALWAYS respectful about it.
Worst Feature - Lack of posting. Though he has an excuse, he really needs to post more.
Needs Improving In - Posting. More more more.
Posting Style - Respectful and well thought out.
Overall Impression - A overall good addition to the community, his duty does interfear with his posting. Which is a shame.

Best Feature: Tolerant. Has an amazing capability to tolerate almost anything and seems it really is so and not just an act.
Worst Feature: Too polite. This causes our dear mod to take things too personal and get hurt over things that should not worry him/her.
Needs Improving In: Becoming a little more apathetic. Mod can't get hurt over trivial things.
Posting Style: Thought out. There are only a few odd chaotic posts. I bet Mytical thinks every post through before posting.
Overall Impression: A person with lots of problems and bad luck but still the pillar that keeps HC standing at times when other mods just don't seem to care.

I hope the answer to the question hasn't been posted several times already.
So if this trial run turns out okay, you will start the actual topic in an other place (tavern?). So potentially interested people (like me) may still participate (and still have time to decide if they want to or not).

Yes, this is a Trial Run. In fact, have sent an HCM to somebody to hopefully move this. This is not 'closed' so you can feel free to join up. Just remember, if you join you are expected to post your impressions of everybody .. even if it is "I don't know enough to post"

Needs Improving In - Posting overall such as listening to others and needs to think before replying and not reply to every damn thing lol
Posting Style - Needs improving, see above
Overall Impression - Nice person but is often annoying (imo) with his posting style. Needs to listen more instead of posting so much. I think OSM would be a better place if he did that.

Updated main post with current participants.
Veco - I want to make a note here. I am still learning about Veco, and my impressions may change (for better or worse) when I learn more.
Best Feature - Quality over quantity in posting. Doesn't post a lot, but a lot more quality then 'spam'.
Worst Feature - Sometimes I have a hard time understanding Veco's post. Not sure if it is because it is over my head, or some other reason.
Needs Improving In - Nothing I can actually think of.
Posting Style - As said..quality over quantity.
Overall Impression - A rising star in HC.
Edit : Moved thanks to Elvin . No longer a 'trial run' either. Enough people have signed up that it no longered had to be in the VW .
Edit 2 : Still accepting people who might be interested in this.
