I think in real map, dungeon is way better than orcs. This setup is good with swift mind, but you can replace destruction with any magic which is available.
Light dungeon is extremely dangerous, dark is obviously good choice, summoning with firetrap and/or blade barrier with high sp may slow the brutal guys enuff.

True, but it's hard to creep effective without destruction in many maps. Also destruction has spells for enhancing attack (deep freeze, fireball with master of fire), so it's not bad at all even if it's shattered.

Once the Imperial Griffin uses Battle Dive,move all units atleast two squares horisontal or vertical away their position so that the Battle Dive does not affects them.

You must mean battle griffins, their dive doesn't hurt allies.
