The Legend of Shina
Hi, I'm making a custom campaign calle the Legend of Shina. So far I've only finished only one map. You can test it if you have extra time:

The plot revolves around four heroes:
1. Ichigo - The last Technomancer.

I still have to change "Necromancer" into "Technomancer." Oh and make an icon for his specialization.
2. Bokuza - The imprisoned Duelist.

3. Chiba - The wounded champion.
(Being designed)
4. Temagen - The returning ruler.
(Being designed)
And here are some creature mods.
1. Ruffian - Replaces the Brute. The Haven will be the primary base for the main enemy - The Dragon King.

2. Shinobi and Kunoichi - The Shinobi replaces the Griffin, the Kunoichi will replace something in the Sylvan Faction which will be the primary base for the clan of the Ninjas.

3. Officer and Guard - The Officer replaces the Champion while the Guard replaces the Vindicator.

I've installed the NCF but couldn't make the new creatures appear on the editor so I've decided to replace the defaults since they are required in the story anyway. If you play the first level you could check if the mods worked. If someone wants to help me script(it's hard for me^^) it would be much appreciated. Also if you want to make my creatures into NCF ones just message me and i'll send you the map with the mods. Sorry i can't figure out how to make my own NCF creatures.

4. Warrior Monk - They have left the path of order in pursuit of martial supremacy. Replaces the Nightmares to make them melee.
5. Apprentice - Fledgeling Technomancers seek masters to train them in the art. Replaces the Lich Master.
6. Seductress - Some powerful armies are succeptible to a simple weakness: Lust. The seductress can drive other enemies mad with animal impulses using it's talent in sultry dance and when it's time to strike, a large dose of poison can be quite handy. Their training protects them from other's manipulation. Replaces the White Unicorn.
7. Ninja Master and Elite Ninja - The Ninja Master replaces the Sapphire Dragon while the Elite Ninja replaces the Ancient Treant. Masters can attack two times and have unlimited counter attacks while the Elite are fast attackers and some resourful abilities.

At the moment it looks really nice, good to see a new face among modders As to NCF editor, it can be forced to work. Actually I did it following the tips from SimonaK, will explain in details when I recall it in details.

Just one question, can you add files to your Data.pak? I've tried different archiving programs but nothing works....

Hi,
about NCF, first be sure you're using TotE version 3.1
Second, be sure to remove « index.bin » from data folder if you're seeing it into
the presence of this file blocks NCF creatures in the editor.
and perhaps, I am interested to transform your creatures as NCF
I got « Shina_01.h5m » from your link and I'll see what I can do.

This is a little map containing the characters i've posted, Shina_01 only has the brute and vindicator mods.

Try this, it should replace the Vindicator and Black Knight textures with my edits:

Unzip the file and place the two folders in the Data folder of your TOE game.
*You can use the black knight skin for the champion by:
1. Go to the map editor
2. Place a champion on the map surface
3. Choose the champion and edit it's properties by clicking the 'shared' tab on the left panel
4. Replace the 'model' by clicking on the (...) next to the existing entry
5. Find and choose black knight
6. Go back and replace the skeleton and geometry with black knight
7. You can change the animset too, to make everything fit together nicely just remember that you should only edit the Champion's animset and replace each entry with blacknight animations so it would work well in gameplay.

You use the same model too much.. Enough woman/Shaman stuff...
I think you can create a cool ninja from Stalker/Assassin
And i also thin tat you can create an awesome ninja out of War Dancer

You're right, I just finished all three possibilities for that unit, now on to the other stuff. Dancers will be next. I learned how to resize instances but can you scale units? The assassins are quite small....

Not really, just set the animation of each instance to the same animation of the original for each animation type. (Ex. Make the texture of the the assassin transparent then use the assassin model and animation for 'effect', with a colored texture for attack, stir, cast, etc.)
